I think they would fall out of routine and not bother about it anymore. Like Joe's main channel he didn't construct and lost drive so either they forced schedule or just did waffling every 2 months which a lot of people would forget about

This is the only pod where it actually feels like your with the boys all having a laugh together. It makes people feel like they are included in your friend trio and will always be my favourite podcast. Out of all of the others i have listened to wafflin has been the only one that has genuinely excited me and made me laugh like im with the boys. I think you should just take away the schedule and do one when you feel like it. I hope wafflin returns because you have something really good going here

Honestly you sound so entitled right now. I understand that you're a fan but Theo and Joe clearly want to do other things so let them. If they enjoy those more then who are you to say that they're 'washed'. I'm not gonna lie personally I don't think this ever had longevity, especially after the fall out before, I could always see this ending. But yeah at the end of the day you got these episodes for free (yes there was patreon as well but forgetting that) so I don't see why you're 'disappointed' with them

Also, Weller at the beginning was talking about how they feel the quality of Wafflin isn’t the best right now and how they haven’t got the time to sort out a proper set up and be organised with it. He also said that they’ve got individual things right now and they can’t smash them all at once. Maybe their passion has slipped, but from what I took from this is that its likely due to burn out of trying to balance all these different things on top of trying to update the quality of Wafflin and keep the consistency. I mean literally the past 4 episodes have had technical issues and have swapped locations, that’s bound to create stress, let alone produce the content for UA-cam and then also the Patreon with constant issues with the equipment. I reckon they’ll take this break, do what they’re doing individually and on the side sort out the return to Wafflin with a studio, new equipment and a regime for the UA-cam posts and the Patreon.

Absolutely Heartbreaking. I’m not one to listen to podcasts at all, watch TV series or much UA-cam, but Wafflin was just the most amazing thing. What other podcast is there where it doesn’t rely on getting big guests on, and is just the three hosts having a laugh. This podcast helped me through lockdown and also this past year moving away from home up to uni, where there were lonely times, I’ll never forget the many occasions bursting out laughing on a packed train listening to you boys. Don’t you dare ever take any episodes down. Thanks Boys.
@@FlammableHumour The thing about all these other podcasts such as Impaulsive, Fellas, etc... is that they end up just talking about random sh*t like OnlyFans models (such an oversaturated topic that no one cares about), or they use the podcast to promote themselves and their own ego (i.e. When Joe Rogan brings on celebrities). I have really stopped giving a sh*t about these random celebrities talking about their own successes and never their failures. This is why Wafflin' is one of the best podcasts. You feel like you are one of the boys and they are sharing their successes and failures with you, as well as funny moments in their personal lives. This is what makes them really relatable. I really couldn't care less about these ego maniacs nowadays that start podcasts and talk about nothing except for me, myself, and I.
Actually mad how active this comment section still is a year on, just goes to show how much this podcast meant to people. This podcast was there for the best days of my life. The lockdown of 2020, and the stay at home stuff in early 2021 while playing pro clubs with the boys, and then summer 2021, Euros on and all that, class times.
Bruh its an hour chatting with your mates once a week. Surely you can do that alongside other commitments. Every friend group does that, you fellas just turn a camera on while you are doing it.
I reckon the Patreon has influenced this decision. They realised they couldn’t keep up with what the people wanted and I think their inconsistency has put them off

Sad because I feel like this podcast is where you get to see the real side of Joe and Theo which we don’t really get to see on the main channels. Hope this wasn’t an impulse decision because of music or main channels because for me this had the potential to be the number one podcast in the uk and definitely the funniest with just a bit more commitment and consistency.

Bit harsh, but not wrong. I don’t want to be insensitive, but they make it out like recording a one hour podcast a week is so hard. They are so lucky to do this for a job, and it feels like they don’t value it at all
judging from the title this was bound to happen, could see it coming from a mile away, the boys didn’t have the motivation and time to commit to wafflin, gonna miss the podcast though it was fun while it lasted
I really liked the pod and I thought during it's peak it was one of the best on youtube. But I'm not being funny lads, if you remove the questions/stories you used to talk about that were sent in by the fans and on top of that you barely ever get any guests on the pod, you're naturally going to run out of ideas. That's how most podcasts work. You either get guests on every week or you get the audience to send in questions or stories for you to discuss. Otherwise you can't keep it fresh and you end up repeating yourselves. Perhaps if you brought this back earlier you may not have burnt out. I love the content though from you guys individually and will look forward to what you do next.
They were only motivated this time round by getting more money I think. But they have quickly realised they can’t keep up any reasonable standards for content on Patreon and have now quit the entire thing because I don’t think they’re interested enough to do it on UA-cam alone anymore.

Wafflin will always go down as one of my fave podcasts. And while I 100% respect their decision, I can’t help but feel it’s one of those hiatuses that are really permanent.
It was amazing while it lasted lads. been watching since I discovered Wafflin back in Lockdown 2020, really helped pull me through that Rot watching your episodes on repeat religiously even through the other 2 lockdowns that followed. Honestly this pod is easily the most entertaining I’ve watched, there’s plenty out there that are better “quality” but that isn’t what makes a pod entertaining it’s entertaining cause it’s NOT some top quality in a studio with multiple £1000 mics, ITS LITERALLY CALLED WAFFLIN, just a group of lads talking absolute shit and it’s fucking unreal. You all could speak about the dictionary all episode and I’d still somehow find it entertaining. I don’t think the level has dropped at all and I still consistently come back to watch. I’m only a viewer though and it’s obviously just a bit too much for you all so unfortunately (for me) that’s fine. Enjoy your break lads hope your back soon ❤️

The podcast went downhill after Theo got a new girlfriend. Harsh, but true. Wafflin’s quality always depended on what’s going on in boys’ life and after Joe and Theo got girlfriends the pod became boring.
I reckon a wafflin every 3 months is the perfect balance, bare stuff to catch up on just make sure you note down the best shit in your notes app so you each have stuff to go over

@@FlammableHumour The thing about all these other podcasts such as Impaulsive, Fellas, etc... is that they end up just talking about random sh*t like OnlyFans models (such an oversaturated topic that no one cares about), or they use the podcast to promote themselves and their own ego (i.e. When Joe Rogan brings on celebrities). I have really stopped giving a sh*t about these random celebrities talking about their own successes and never their failures. This is why Wafflin' is one of the best podcasts. You feel like you are one of the boys and they are sharing their successes and failures with you, as well as funny moments in their personal lives. This is what makes them really relatable. I really couldn't care less about these ego maniacs nowadays that start podcasts and talk about nothing except for me, myself, and I.

Actually mad how active this comment section still is a year on, just goes to show how much this podcast meant to people. This podcast was there for the best days of my life. The lockdown of 2020, and the stay at home stuff in early 2021 while playing pro clubs with the boys, and then summer 2021, Euros on and all that, class times.
Bruh its an hour chatting with your mates once a week. Surely you can do that alongside other commitments. Every friend group does that, you fellas just turn a camera on while you are doing it.

I reckon the Patreon has influenced this decision. They realised they couldn’t keep up with what the people wanted and I think their inconsistency has put them off

Sad because I feel like this podcast is where you get to see the real side of Joe and Theo which we don’t really get to see on the main channels. - Weller fucked off the long anticipated record deal. He's doing bits exploring and shit and found himself. Not sure the crystal addiction is still there but spiritual realm lives true. Could fight Bezhinga but is that really the route he wants to go down? Probably not. Keep doing good Joe, proud of ya.
- Lukey Martin could be doing anything. Would of thought something law related or maybe business. Sensible lad him. Hope your well Luke.

judging from the title this was bound to happen, could see it coming from a mile away, the boys didn’t have the motivation and time to commit to wafflin, gonna miss the podcast though it was fun while it lasted
I really liked the pod and I thought during it's peak it was one of the best on youtube. But I'm not being funny lads, if you remove the questions/stories you used to talk about that were sent in by the fans and on top of that you barely ever get any guests on the pod, you're naturally going to run out of ideas. That's how most podcasts work. You either get guests on every week or you get the audience to send in questions or stories for you to discuss. Otherwise you can't keep it fresh and you end up repeating yourselves. Perhaps if you brought this back earlier you may not have burnt out. I love the content though from you guys individually and will look forward to what you do next.

It was amazing while it lasted lads. been watching since I discovered Wafflin back in Lockdown 2020, really helped pull me through that Rot watching your episodes on repeat religiously even through the other 2 lockdowns that followed. Honestly this pod is easily the most entertaining I’ve watched, there’s plenty out there that are better “quality” but that isn’t what makes a pod entertaining it’s entertaining cause it’s NOT some top quality in a studio with multiple £1000 mics, ITS LITERALLY CALLED WAFFLIN, just a group of lads talking absolute shit and it’s fucking unreal. You all could speak about the dictionary all episode and I’d still somehow find it entertaining. I don’t think the level has dropped at all and I still consistently come back to watch. I’m only a viewer though and it’s obviously just a bit too much for you all so unfortunately (for me) that’s fine. Enjoy your break lads hope your back soon ❤️

I think waffling truly done for a while, I can tell Weller and Malfoy dont get along the same. Realistically Theo is very close minded and doesn't realise that Joe is right about a lot of this shit. The podcast went downhill after Theo got a new girlfriend. Harsh, but true. Wafflin’s quality always depended on what’s going on in boys’ life and after Joe and Theo got girlfriends the pod became boring.
