MJ Peterson Amherst, NY Court and Police Corruption Exposed

The MJ Peterson superintendent Don was painting the parking lot sign posts with yellowish paint and he splattered paint on my car and the cleaner's car. I took pictures of the paint on my car and on the cleaner's car. The picture of the paint on the cleaner's car also had a reflection of the sign post in the picture and the color was a exact match.

The building manager not only snuck her cellphone into court she actually talked on it while it was in session. The judge didn't do anything to her.
The MJ Peterson lawyer asked a court worker next to the judge about when they were going to have lunch together. The lawyer said the paint could have come from road stripes. Paint on my hood could have come from road stripes. OH OK! The lawyer only had to move her lips and i would have lost the case like i did.
Evidentially pictures showing the exact color paint on a car that was on the sign post that the car parks right in front of is not enough proof for a small claims case in Amherst, NY. My car was also parked right in from of a sign post with the same color paint on the post.
The cleaner who owned the Impala could not complain because his mother also worked for MJ Peterson and he needed a good job reference because he was graduating from UB and moving on to a career job.
Now i am facing eviction in the same Amherst court and the same court that allowed my lawyer to be dismissed from my case after he told my handwriting expert, Joan Winkelman, he was going to get my case adjurned so he could get her on the case of the mentally ill tenant who lied to the Amherst Police and said he saw me leave him a harassing note. Me trying to expose the abuse that resulted in that corruption and at the root of my eviction after living at Peppertree Heights for 18 years.
Amherst Police telling me it is not up to them to do any investigation that would help my defense. So it is their job only to work for the prosecution. Very Interesting Amherst Police however from what i was told you didn't do any investigation at all including getting video of me on the first floor when i was accused of leaving a note on the 6th floor. This was all just a witch hunt to harass me and let MJ Peterson evict me over it. It sounds like you were working for your neighbor MJ Peterson. Here is audio recorded at the police station. FBI arrested Amherst Police Detective Gregory Trotter refusing evidence on my case. I asked him if he knew what a Brady violation was and he didn't so he asked me if i knew what Myranda Rights were. I don't know what that has to do with it because i have the right to give them evidence if i want to don't I FBI. Glad you got him off the street for now even though he is getting paid. Hopefully you can use what he did to me to go after him along with his mob contacts with Peter Gerace Jr.
