  • Wondering how to create a UX portfolio if some of your projects were really long - like maybe even 3 years long?! In this video, you'll learn an awesome UX portfolio HACK - break up large UX projects into smaller case studies to include when you create your UX portfolio. So, a single project you worked on might end up being 3 different case studies in your UX portfolio.
This approach to handling large projects in your UX portfolio makes your UX portfolio easier to navigate and allows you to highlight specific skills and phases of a project that align with job descriptions.
Sidenote, this is also why we recommend that your UX portfolio be a presentation (eg. something you can export to a PDF). If you create your UX portfolio in Figma or Webflow and the end result is a website you can't customize the UX portfolio website for each role you apply to.
Whether you’re in the early stages of your career or have substantial experience, this UX portfolio strategy can help you move forward more efficiently and be ready to apply for jobs sooner.

Ehy! Do you have any examples of website portfolios that do that? I've worked for one year as a solo designer for a startup and I have done everything to create the product from zero, and I want to be able to share the different skills and things I have done, but I have no idea of how to present them graphically and without being awkward next to my previous little projects
