There were quite a few episodes with 11 whammies hit. One was the episode where Eric won with $0 after passing 11 spins to Adrianna. Another was Jacklynn/Mark/Matt from late August 1985 when the neon slides were introduced. Kacey/Chris/Skip had 11 whammies (sort of) if you consider Skip lost a whammy only to hit two more whammies after.
7:44 "We are an equal opportunity employer around here, we give Whammies to everyone." I've been wondering which episode had this quote, I remember seeing one on GSN where he said it.
Lot of whammies on round 2 total is 11 whammies on Friday 3/1/85, that's too bad Norma and Dale you both of you two whammying out today on PYL #374 to see Bob to another show on Monday 3/4/85 on PYL #375 to meet Victor and Romey.
That wouldn't have done her any good...she was in third place when she took her first spin in round two....The only way that strategy would have worked if she would have had $0....But even then, she would have played first instead of Bob as she was farther to Peter's left
NORMA didn't hit 4 whammies in a row. Breakdown: (4) WHAMMY #1 (3) $550 (red) (2) WHAMMY #2 PASSED 1 SPIN TO BOB, then later GIVEN 3 SPINS FROM BOB (0/3) Sailboard $749 (0/2) WHAMMY #3 PASSED 1 SPIN TO DALE (should've passed it to Bob); and later GIVEN 1 SPIN FROM DALE (0/1) $525 FINISHED AT $525 Norma could've been the first player to be OUT OF THE GAME in ROUND ONE. Has that ever happened to anyone in the history of PRESS YOUR LUCK?
@@sirharry13I think that unaired episode you’re referring to most likely would have been episode #66, which was unaired and thus thrown out because associate director Rick Stern said the original “sucked”, presumably due to either bad gameplay or a technical problem no one knew how to fix.
That African Safari trip is difficult to hold onto.....
To.many whammy’s. Just not fair.😮
Wow I've never seen that before where a contestant had a shot to get 4 Whammies in Round 1. Norma got super lucky.
That fourth whammy strikes Norma and she's gone! Awww, the audience hates to see Norma go. That was terrible.
Love how in the first round when Bob says he wants to pass his spins Dale makes a motion with his fingers like "Hey pass those spins to me bro!" Haha.

11 whammies? GOOD LORD!!
And that was not the first time. Check out episode 37, it was a mess.

Bob NO, Come on do me again, Norma.
Norma gave his spins to Bob on Round 1, Bob unh-unh Norma i don't want it Norma.
March 1st 1985
Norma is out
At 13:09 when Bob says "I want my Mommy" lol.
This is one of the few episodes (I think) where 3 contestants made 11 whammies.

Bob is getting rid of Norma!
Only fair, she is passing them to everyone else.
@@spookmore3751 why? She didn't want to whammy out in round 1. Have respect for the lady
When Norma passed to Bob first then passed to Dale. I think Dale wanted to get rid of Norma more when he said "Right here to Norma!"
Norma ought have passed immediately in round 2. Leave Dale to face her
That wouldn't have done her any good...she was in third place when she took her first spin in round two....The only way that strategy would have worked if she would have had $0....But even then, she would have played first instead of Bob as she was farther to Peter's left
@@sirharry13 she'd have knocked bob out. that's the point
@@biruss oh, ok I didn't fully understand your post...I can't blame Norma for trying, though
Both Dale and Norma is both go home, go to bed/sleep and stay home.
Bob will call Police 9-1-1 give me heart attack almost whammying out gave her spins back to Norma on Round 1.
That's Not Fair, 11 whammies in a row!
Not Yet Dale and you wait your turn okay, Dale is cussing and bad words on Press your luck 374 on Round 1.
This is horrible on round 1 too many whammies total is 6 whammies, wow.
Dale is out
Dale is big trouble on Round 1 and Round 2 and also hits four whammies in a row same as Norma.
DALE could've had the game. After collecting $1450, he should've PASSED.
@@888jerm888 that would knock out 1

@@sirharry13And even if it DID happen, it would’ve been in one of the September 1986 episodes that have yet to be archived.
@angrybirdsfan2003 I also suspect that if this indeed happened it was probably an episode that was unaired and/or thrown out.
