How about if it is outisde/in front of main door entrance directly face the stair? When you go outside and open the door there is stair but with only 3 steps

If it is a big window in the back, it is the same as the entrance door directly facing the back door. Add some furniture, screen, or plant to block the view, or add a water feature. If it is a small window or side window, it is not a problem at all.

I have that same issue.. Full wall of big floor to ceiling windows facing the entrance door.. there is long space from one end to the other but nothing really in the way except for a big plant close to the windows. Is that enough? As it does not cover the full window just only the lower part of it. Thank you!
