Synopsis - I didn’t write this but thought it could help others 😊 How well do you know the person sleeping next to you? 'Til death us do part. When they fell in love back in law school, Natalie and Will Clarke joked that they were so brilliant, together they could plan the perfect murder. After fifteen rocky years of marriage, they had better hope they're right. ...
Poor Tate, I dont understand why Grace threw him under the bus like this. 💔 Edit: lol Nathalie, where was your voice when Robert suffocated?! It took more than 2mn!!! 🙄
Nat is a crazy bipolar psycho, and dont want to take the blame for what she did. Mot taking up for Will but je should have never went there. Lwt hwr dela.with her own mess.
I liked the book because it is about a subject that is not often written about. The wife is very smart converned about all the possible effects it could have on her child. But i think she should have gone the way of the last detective. I believe the way the sherrif handled it was right. But since Natalie is going after Roberts wife will be just what that detective will exploit both cases and cause her to go to jail for both. And ruin her family too. So, she wasn't as smart as she thought she was.
I'm 3 hours into it. I can't stand the main character. Total control freak does her husband get to make any decision or have input? Modern day overprotective mother. And if her husband is having an affair, I can't say that I would blame him. But I must say the writing is riveting.
Are you kidding me? She worked a very stressful full time job that contributed to at least half of the income and still ran the house and took care of her family while he coasted by and took her for granted and contributed very little. He is pathetic, unworthy, disloyal, ingratiate . If he was so unhappy and bored because she took care of his every need, he should have just left her. There's no excuse for cheating. She had to have a routine in order to juggle all of her responsibilities. I wish that I could be that organized.
I disagree: - she does most/all the driving for their sons - all/most of the grocery shopping - all/most of the breakfast/diner cooking - wraps most/all the gifts - etc. Meanwhile, Will cant be bothered to respect his marriage's vows, cant be bothered not to be obvious about it, murdered Robert despite knowing it should look like an accident, blamed HIS decision to suffocate him on Nathalie and is now unable to live with the guilt of it.
@@cconsiesI agree with you. He has no business "hating" her whiteboard, when he doesnt contribute in any meaningful way in the planning, decision-making and execution of their family schedule. He is so obvious about his cheating too! What a useless backstabbing *sshole. I'm 2/3rd through and I hope, she is planning to divorce his *ss, if they manage to get away with the murder. He is so useless, he is starting to become a liability and she would be better off on her own! 😤

Trying to sleep. The narrator doesn't help.
Two things make listening to an audiobook unpleasant… One is AI narration and the other is commercial interruption. I won’t be finishing this one.
This is not AI narration, though.

@moustik31 I don't hate the way it ended. Lol. He is lucky to have such a strong protector and provider.
