I have a skin prone to acne skin and sensitive skin. I will share the things worked for me in controlling it.
I reduced my consumption of sugar and prepared at home with nutritious foods.
I also ate nut varieties, seed varieties, and fresh coconut to keep cool.
I tried to stay relaxed and not worry too much. I used sunscreen and cleaned my face twice with litleeextra riceberyy face wash. I changed my pillowcase every other day. I always tied up my hair and consumed a lot of water. I stopped contacting my face too much. I stuck to my routine without skipping a day.
I'm on my second face wash bottle and I'm glad to say that ricceberry face wash suits the skin so nicely. The face is getting brighter each day and pimples, blemishes is also decreasing.
I experimented with the face wash from dotkey, but it didn't help with my acne. However, rice berry came through and decreased my pimples.
Why the fuck you guys are doing this, just fed up with your comments like this ohh goshhh just stop it...

Sir my skin is sensitive.I had used tinted biouv sunscreen but after using 2 month my face complextion become down .I also used re'equil ultra matte sunscrean gel and Eclipse solaire sunscrean. Not show good results...
If possible try Skin aqua uv Super moisture gel. It is a Japanese sunscreen.
