Very cool move Clint. Taking the young man with you and introducing him to how an owner of a business has to expose himself to other owners. And also, how to learn the ropes of owning a business. Smart move and a learning experience that he will not forget.
I can't imagine the amount of work it takes to set those booths up. Amazing they set those up and take them down for shows. You can tell the big name brands are making the big bucks.
Thanks for the tour Clint, I know you are only able to show a small portion of the show but it's good to see what is there for someone like me who is unable to get there myself.. hopefully see you and the other youtubers in a future video...
Thanks for the tour! Felt like I had my own personal tour guide that knows his equipment. Lot of work in the displays and mobilizing all the equipment.
I must live a sheltered life, I didn’t know there were so many manufacturers out there of heavy equipment. Thanks for the walking tour of the grounds, really appreciate it. It was interesting to see.
I started watching and thought, I will check out a few minutes of the video and move on. I don't work with this type of equipment and will never buy anything like it. The next thing I knew, the video was over and I wanted more. Great job Clinton.
Not many sons interested in their parents’ businesses these days. Those that are will do extremely well. Hunter has a great future, you are BOTH very fortunate to have one another, and of course Mom, too!
Best walk through ever Clint. It was great to finally see the different products at the show.. Most people DP included just stand around and talk to people and you never get to see all of the toy's. THANKS
Cool watching machines work. The operators were in perfect sync with each other. Can’t imagine the dollar value one all the equipment there. Don’t think there’s a number large enough lol Great show ❤
Glad you did the walk around Clint, huge place and some of these companies we've never seen in western Canada. Your camera sure highlighted what to buy and what to stay the hell away from. Good vid guys. 👋
Quite the tour guys. I would hate to guess what it cost to move all the equipment in there. Looks like a lot of new stuff coming out in the future. You and Hunter did a fantastic job showing us around. Thanks for sharing.
I drove by Las Vegas Boulevard and Sahara saw all the booms sticking up. That was a big outdoor show and then the indoor show as well. I cannot see going electric for major equipment though. Diesel is the way to stay.
Thanks for the Walk-Thru!! During my time at CAT I always wanted to go. CAT had their Power Parade Shows every five years for awhile. It was held out at the demo area at Kickapoo, IL and each plant had "a day" to which employees could attend. They did the full line demo. They had some really neat moves. One of my favs was the smallest dozer against the D9 and later the D10. I don't remember when they quit, a real shame..... for employee moral.
Companies don’t do things for employees like they used to. It seems like they don’t care about employee moral as much anymore. I was a bodyman and painter for a Chevy dealership and they used to send me to Boston and Pennsylvania for schooling all the time, which was fun because the companies would take us out to different restaurants and bars and even a wet t-shirt contest. But they stopped that and do everything online now, which sucks because watching a wet t-shirt contest on a computer isn’t like it is in real life. 😂
@@mikehunt3222 Companies today wonder why employee retention is a problem - yet they often treat them like crap, and can lay off anyone at any time they feel like. I’ve worked lots of jobs, and the bosses that treated us well got way, way more production out of us!
Hey Clint and Hunter thanks so much for the tour of con Expo 2020 3 this is always great to see and always enjoy to see Hunter soaking all this kind of stuff up like a sponge it's great that he is as interested as he is in it interested kids are few and far between Hunter I hope you know how lucky you are I know how enjoyable it is to see taking everything in that your dad work provides
Nice to see some footage from Conexpo. When you walk around with Hunter it reminds me of the RAI truck shows I went to with my father back in the day. You should keep Bauma Munich on your radar. Normally there is a year between Bauma and Conexpo Las Vegas, last fall Bauma was held because it was rescheduled for COVID. In two years it should be in the spring again, one year ahead of Conexpo LV. It is the biggest tradeshow in the world, covering a space more then twice as big as Conexpo LV. Most people I know that visit Bauma go for a whole week. The German beer is nice too🤪
Thanks for taking us along. I always wanted to go to that show. That Ozinga cement mixer truck lifted up in the air is a truck from the family of companies my son works for.
I hope you share the pros and cons on the Volvo 210 electric excavator Clint, I’d like to know your opinion on the machine! You have the most knowledge about equipment thence anyone I’ve seen brother!
Thank you for the video, very good coverage. A couple things if you have time....1st I appreciate you always referencing machines to the 850J, 650, etc as I can relate those machines to a size comparison. After following your channel now for a couple years I can't remember you buying any cranes for resale(those were massive)!!!! Is there just no market for them in your area or do you avoid them because of transportation logistics? Thank you again Clint for bringing us along!!!
Thank you, Clint, so far, the best and most comprehensive look around Conexpo 2023. It was great to see where companies are heading especially electric and hydrogen. Can I ask where you see C & C Equipment in 10 or 20 years? Will you be repairing electric motored machinery? Do you think robotic or self-driving technology will drive (no pun intended) the market? It seems you will need to be a software engineer to work on these new age machines. Thank you again and Hi from Sydney Australia.
Thank you very much sir, truly interesting. Wanted for years to go but never made it. Hope you and Hunter had a GREAT time and I’m sure you both learned a lot. Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences with us.
Love the Peterbilt cabover service truck and all of the equipment at the show. The crane area was crazy too. Great video and a great trip for you and Hunter.
@CC_equipment I receive your message “Lets talk”. Talk via Telegram. What will that supposed to mean? I’ve a Telegram account but I’ve never used it before.
Did you notice those white develon machines were “autonomous”? would love to get your thoughts on that along with your thoughts on the push into electric
It's funny what you call a "booth" can be a 1/2 acre. Cool vid!
Great to see the different new pieces of equipment thanks
Thanks Clint for taking us with you on the tour of ConExpo.
Any time!

For sure
Thanks
It is amazing to see so much equiptment in one location The transport cost to move in and out would be a crazy number Thanks for the tour!
You bet

The event looked amazing!

Thanks for the video Clint and son in Las Vegas .
Very impressive show and Hunter and Clint giving a father and son view. Another awesome video. Thank You for the ride along.
Not many sons interested in their parents’ businesses these days. Those that are will do extremely well. Hunter has a great future, you are BOTH very fortunate to have one another, and of course Mom, too!
They own that land. That stuff ain't moving any time soon. I lived in Vagas. Crazy Place. Never gamble though. Good Show. HIGH FIVE.
The machines only have to be 75% assembled in the US to say made in the US. The components can come from anywhere in the world.
thanks for a great tour , your son is very agile on that excavator putting the tube in the pipes, 👏👏👏👍👍👍
Wish I could have been able to make it out there. Pretty cool show. Thank you for this vid.
I love them track loaders. Not to many people still do. But it is my all time favorite machine. And not a skid steer.
Thanks for showing all the new equipment. That was great to see.

A great long look at CONEXPO! Thanks, I wouldn't have guessed at the amount of equipment available for view and test. Be well, be safe!
Thanks for saving me the trip to Las Vegas. I think the high light of that expression was the meet and greet with you and your UA-cam mates.
Thanks for taking us along, Clint!!
Great video. You and Hunter make a great team!
Thanks 👍
So cool you involved Hunter in this show, moving the family business forward one step at a time. Great Content Clint.
Great presentation. You took great videos, didn't move the camera fast like a lot of people. Thanks Clint and hunter.👍👍.
