Stretches to improve foot plantar flexion and general tightness of the top of the foot and ankle would be appreciated. There are many videos out there about improving dorsiflexion but few about plantar flexion, yet inability to extend the foot in this way makes many other stretches (such as your preferred hip flexor stretch in this video) impossible. My ultimate goal is to be able to sit comfortably on my knees Japanese-style, but my tight feet won't let me. Also, stretches to fix "duck feet" (aka excessive external rotation of the feet/legs).
Yea I’d like this, especially about duck feet/pronated ankles/flat feet and tibial torsion or whatever, all of those issues that turn your legs out (and often your knees inward).
I truly appreciate all your videos , just a request can you do a video for neck stretching and proper calf muscle stretching. I'm an ultra marathon runner and I suffer from calfs 50km into my runs. I would really appreciate any tips. Thanks Regards. Newman

Really like the run through videos. 20-30 mins one focusing on lower body would be good. Then possibly one about engagement of certain muscle group for work out, such as glutes and hamstrt

At what point should the toes of the front foot begin to lift of the ground? Also your ideas on the stretch where you reach one arm back behind you and the other arm over and behind you and touch fingers of both hands together.

Whenever I try to do that I cannot get my Torso to be upright, I always lean over to the side - away from my legs and have to use my left arm to stop myself falling over. Is this normal and can you provide some advice? Keep up the great work!
Really love your progressive approach in this video. At the gym we often get to do the 3rd one directly but that's too much of a stretch for me so I loose form in hopes of surviving. Sometimes we have to also lift the back leg and sink the pelvis as low as we can - it's torture if I don't have anything to hold on to with my arms and support my weight. Just tried the simple square first posture and just the posterior tilt and that's plenty already for me. Does this stretch only the muscles, only teh ligaments and fascia, or everything at the same time? Thanks!

When I engagee the glutes I don't get stretched. I only feel stretching on hips when I am maintaing my body standed, without tighten up the glutes. Help plese! What should i do?
MY personal feeling is that people aren't encouraged to work on the first point in this video before increasing the distance between their feet. Most people dont need to have a dramatic looking lunge in their stretch, they need to focus on doing it right

when you sit upright like that wouldn't that only be extending your lower back and bypassing the psoas?
Some of the motion is back but it's still more hip extension than leaning forward
