Hello I went to school for dialysis tech and I feel I did not get enough experience in school for training I’m little scared to start working as a tech. One of my classmates did here clinical in davita clinic and did not like it and was stress and when her clinical was over she is not going to apply for dialysis she going to do phlebotomy instead.
