What a great interview. I really appreciate your interview style and the questions you asked. And Dr. Kinderlehrer is such a nice guy. Thank you!

I have several vector-borne infections including a Babesia Mycroti that’s alive. I was on antibiotics for two months which chewed up my gut, so I’m on herbals, but feel awful! I’m so weak and I fall asleep during the day and not at night. My stress levels are through the roof, and I’m hoping that ends soon because my ex and son have been living in my house for 2 1/2 years because he has mold in his house and is a Master procrastinator!
I also have had a LOT of childhood infections, hospital contracted infections, mold toxicity, breast implant illness, and I’m disabled with all kinds of arthritis. I think I’ve had this since childhood, and I’m 68. I have been chronically sick for 20 years.

500mg per day for the 200+lb ppl.
2019 article on disulfiram on lymediseaseorg
Herx reactions = slow and low doses, liver profiles monthly
The full dose to acclimate to is .4-.5mg per kg (Dr. Leigner 250mg -500mg depending on weight of patient for 2-3months.
Works best for patients with less systemic inflammation / MAST syndrome and only lyme+babesia.
Very sick patients will not handle well and they can get neuropathy on low doses or brain toxicity/CNS on high doses.
With a 250mg pill some ppl can do 1/8 of tablet every 3 days or 1/16th of a tablet every 3 days.
Go with what the patient tolerates whether that is antibiotics or herbs.
Bartonella testing is poor but it's prevalent. Disulfiram helps against bartonella but patients relapse more.
100-150 patients data was the support for this summary.

I did the Disulfiram treatment 4 years ago after 25 years of suffering from Lyme. No symptoms for 4 years!

Hey, Ross. I’m dealing with the same thing, but 13 years for me. I actually don’t often find a lot of male chronic Lyme sufferers like me. Idk why, but it just seems that way… Can you very briefly explain what your main symptoms were before and how much disulfiram you took? It’d be a big help for me. My symptoms are eye pain & photophobia, ear pain/pressure, sinus pressure, constant headaches, fatigue, sleep problems, etc… 24/7, 365

Just wondering if this would be effective with the Borrelia Myamotoi strain?

I have had a non-diagnosed tick bite for over 10 years now. After researching this matter in depth, I have all the classic symptoms, including the tick rash that has manifested in several places for the past 10 years and never goes from my foot, where I got bitten.
I would like to try Disulfiram along with the suppliments.
Can you recommend any therapist in Denmark? Or should I just take the suppliments along with Disulfiram on low doses.
I will of course speak with my local doctor, who I have an appointment with in 2 weeks from now.

Yes! I've never seen it addressed either. Disulfiram scared me because of that one very thing. I've had never pain in my left foot since Oct. 2015. And the lyme literate ND I was seeing at the time did nothing. He didn't even give me a diagnosis after the nerve pain exploded. I didn't know he was lyme literate. His website said "Fibromyalgia Specialist" and how I ended up in his office. Looking back he could have given me an lyme diagnosis on the spot because now I know I had classic symptoms--even had bartonella tracks on my lower back, which I had no idea what they were. But he and his female assistant ND saw them and said nothing. I've tried so many treatments after finally getting a diagnosis and nothing has really worked. I broke down and tried a very weak dosage of disulfiram once a week and did not do well at all. I felt like I was in a coma and one time I did have an explosive nerve jolt in my left foot. So that really scared me. I quit the DSF. I'm trying SOT therapy now and preying to God it works. I'm still dealing with horrible nerve pain issues which started 2015.

There was an alcohol treatment place in the northwest called shick-shadle (spelling?) the alcoholic would go for 10 days and they would take the meds and purposely bring the patient into the on-campus bar. 10 days of hangovers and the person would feel awful thinking of alcohol.

Question. Does the arthritis go if we cure Lyme with Disulfiram? I have already had one knee operation, and require another due to arthritis, but it is so painful and takes 3 years to recover fully. So I hope not to do this opperation on my other knee.
