The easiest bingo to draw and play with 2 Vs is probably SAVVIER, REVIVES, or EVASIVE.
The hardest? VIVIFIC, by far! Don't fish for this word. Even if you draw it, it's never going to play. The Vs and the C can't over- or underlap, and I is almost impossible to extend a word with. (I've played VIVACITY and VIVIFIED as a bingo, but never VIVIFIC.)
