A really amazing holiday/Christmas book is The Afterlife of Holly Chase by I think Christina Hand. Anyways, it’s based off of The Christmas Carol, but with a twist, and it’s legit so amazing. Five star read and I’m picky

Loved this video! I totally understand not wanting to read too many cheesy holiday romances. I just picked up No Exit by Taylor Adams. Its a mystery/thriller will a winter setting and I'm super excited for it! Another booktuber recommended it.

Have you read The Afterlife of Holly Chase? 🥰 It's basically a retelling of the Christmas Carol, about a girl who is a "failed Scrooge" and now has to work as one of the three christmas ghosts. It also has a really cute romance sub-plot!

I'm currently reading In a Holidaze and enjoying it. It's got a good dose of family and found family/families of parents' lifelong friends.
I'll always recommend The Butterfly Project by Emma Scott for a cozy, emotional winter romance in NYC that's set around the holidays but isn't necessarily about them.

I read “The Holiday Switch” last year in December and I liked it! It’s definitely in a Hallmark-like setting but I did think it was a quick and fun romance to read.

The holidaze is so cute I read it last year. You also have to read tis the season for revenge and merry little meet cute for some spicy holiday book. Window shopping by Tessa is my next read and its also a spicy holiday book

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of "In a holidaze" just because the beginning made it seem that it would be a love triangle kind of romance but it was just the one guy, even though the entirety of the book kept misleading me into thinking there will be a lot of drama
I recently read Shiver and I really enjoyed it. It had an ending that I did not see coming and that is very unusual for me! Look forward to hearing your thoughts 😃

Sarah I love your videos so much a book a totally recommend is Called Orbiting Jupiter By Gary D Schmidt it’s so good it’s a young adult novel about a 14 boy named Joseph brooks who’s gets put into a foster family and is on the search for his daughter Jupiter who’s a baby ❤ totally recommend it’s good but sad

You really need to read No Exit by Taylor Adams. I've read it in November and couldn't put it down. It's a mystery/thriller and it takes place during a snow storm. I think you would really love it!
