Worth noting that this is kind of dependent on what modifiers the boss has. I'm fairly sure the teleporting is actually just the teleporter modifier as he hasn't teleported in any of my failed attempts... Instead he just spawns goats behind me that are one shots, maybe my build isn't quite as tanky as some for apocalypse but getting clean one shot has rarely been a problem before this, oh and the best bit is because the goats are from a modifier there's no animation and if I'm aiming there's essentially no way to know they are there... all in all, cool zone and kind of cool boss but entirely dependent on what mods its given.
That does seem annoying lol. It’s hard to make videos over all for this game as it will only benefit half the people depending on RNG. Did you try hoping down and keeping distance and see if it helps?
@@JimmyFingas remnant can be annoying in that regard. Makes it hard for creators to make full guides without spending hundreds of hours. This will still benefit some though so it’s not a total loss. Thanks for your comment.
Yea, a few people pointed out they had different versions of the boss. I feel like the bottom area is still ideal for fighting him to give yourself more room to maneuver.
In my case our group had stampede which was a mess to deal with, we kited him to the back near the stairs then all stood up near his throne as the stampede didn't go up stairs.
I came here to know what you get for submitting lol. I got to the option and pulled up a coin flip. It took me a while to kill him but I got him on my first try. It turned into a slug fest. I only managed to make it as far as I did from life-steal on my engineer turret.
Lol he was a lot harder than I expected too. I feel like submitting would have been the better route for sure. The item he gives you for submitting can be turned into 2 additional items.
@@OuchMouse1 you can turn that neckless into the soul stone neck less which removes the negative effect on it, or you can turn it in for the profane heart relic. So you need to technically do it 2 more times for everything. I didn’t know that when I made the video because I made it super early on.
"You bit off more than you can chew" is an understatement. I fought him the first time and took me about 5 tries to kill him on Survivor.
Lol he was surprisingly hard

He's only teleporting for you because he is a teleporter, that won't be the case for everyone.

@@talananiyiyaya8912 good to know. Stampede sounds like it isn’t fun either lol

@@bigdeal_1 tbh I might have to go back through the dlc again just to get the necklace for my build lol
