@@wykkydjvc if there is a room that fills up in this area it probably wasn’t there on my playthrough or I missed it somehow. I will have to go back and take a look. The hard part about making guides for remnant is outside of the 1 shot play through the game gets very random for everyone. This tried to focus on the 1 shot play-through at time of release.

@@Sadda420 I believe it’s only guaranteed there on the one shot play through. Once you finish that and it’s random adventure roll then it’s not 100% spawn anymore.

@@4GAMERZE are you online? I believe they only drop if you are connected to online. If you are than it’s possible that they changed drop rates recently.

As long as you are at the base you can use anything in the chest to craft or build. It doesn't matter if they are in your inventory or the chest

I believe it’s per character. You can restart on the same character and replay the game without going into NG+ to make it easier.

Just like any other souls type game, there are no difficulties settings. They are intended to be hard. There are some things they added that allow you to decrease the amount of enemies that spawn and such. But a specific setting to lower the difficulty does not exist.

You can get 9 health packs total, you have to find the 20 saintly quintessence’s throughout umbral to unlock them. Umbral wasn’t meant to be freely explored. It’s basically the underworld and dangerous. You don’t have to rush through it, just need to kill the crimson shadow to extend your time, it’s actually a really good place to farm vigor. If you use vigor on vitality, you will increase your HP overall. I would recommend getting vitality to 40+ and work on unlocking health packs if you are having issues. As far as check points, you can farm the items in umbral to set more check points as well.

Just kill the red Reaper and get 25/000 Souls and 3X souls for a bit untill another shows up. Killed him after my first 2 days playing. Worth it fuck him lol

Yea I tend to play in 1080 a lot just because of my card to keep stability.

If you’re on console try resetting your console. I seen that work in the past. Also make sure you have on cross platform play. (Not 100% sure if that on by default or if you can even change it). Just 2 options I though of.

I haven’t checked lately but there may be some new scarlet shadow farm videos. Maybe do a search for recent videos on him, he drops umbral scouring. I know people used to farm him a lot but he takes some getting used too.

It is underrated for sure. It got a ton of bad reviews because it was pretty bad performance wise when it released.

From what I can tell Crashpad handler is actually a google application it most likely has nothing to do with the game itself. Crashpad is eating up a ton of resources and when you launch the game it overloads and crashing making it look like the game. Here is what I found on it. “Crashpad_handler.exe is a process that is part of Google’s crash reporting system, used to collect information about program crashes. It is usually found in the C:\Program Files\Google\Drive File Stream\subfolder. If you encounter problems with the file, it may be due to a threat or a requirement for the app. To resolve issues with Crashpad_handler.exe, try uninstalling the program associated with it via the Control Panel’s “Uninstall a Program” function. Alternatively, you can check the file’s security rating, file size, and digital signature to ensure that it is safe to use. If you are still having trouble, seek help from Google’s Help Center or Community for feedback and solutions. Remember to always be mindful of privacy policies and terms of service when using any technologies or programs.”

There are reports of a crash handler process running in the background eating up 90% CPU resources not allowing other things to execute properly.

@@bigdeal_1, if i uninstall google chrome you think it's gonna work?

@@sicamarius not sure if it’s google chrome exactly. It’s probably running on the task manager somewhere as a process. Would have to look and see the path of it. Could check you event viewer after a crash it will tell you exactly the location of the file that causes it.

Update: Nevermind. There's a section of railing on one side that can be broken, and you can semi-safely fall to the ledge. Got my box o' goodies.

That sucks I didn’t finish any yet to get the rewards. Not sure if you have to do anything special to claim them or not.

@koyokochotl Just finished mine, you get an item that drops to your inventory under the quest section. You have to use it and the items will appear for you. I only did the faith one so far. It seems each time you beat it you get different rewards. Faith gave me currency the first round, scouring the second. But you should have some type of currency pouch under the quest/upgrade materials section of the inventory.

Defiantly, that’s why I still support it.

No it just means beat them on your play-through. They have always been bad with wording.

@@sirsamnaske that is weird I’m pretty sure you have to beat those bosses to progress the story line. Maybe it’s glitched? Are those bosses listed unlocked in your echoes of battle trial? I believe it’s spurned progeny, the hollow crow, and Tancred + reinhold the immured

Yea these new changes are very welcomed additions to the game. I remember the first time entering Bramis Castle. I got my butt kicked for a few hours lol.

Thanks brother. I am good. Started a new job so I kind of took a little break to get myself situated. This was a good update to get my back into the swing of things.

I mean technically it is if you haven’t gotten the shrine currency gear yet. But yea I mean some brand new stuff would have been a nice bonus.

Lol yea unfortunately it’s died down a lot. They do offer NPC summons’s at most boss battles. I can’t remember if there is a setting for cross play or not. Maybe work taking a look ti make sure you are allowing PC and X-box players to join

Defiantly wasn’t too great in the beginning. They made some great changes over the last few months. It’s defiantly to catch on discount.

@@bigdeal_1 it’s ironic that I got all the fromsoft games except elden ring and the demons souls remake, on sale, but I jumped the gun on this one. Oh well, lesson learned. I bought 3 copies of hollow knight for 15$ each, and I feel that was a far better investment for me. I got blasphemous for 6$. I guess it goes to show price doesn’t necessarily mean quality.

​@@nathanplumb3782don't agree. This game is incredibly easier and satisfying if you take the time to learn how it plays. I was killing red Reaper my second day playing and no cheesing. It's unreal how many people complain about this masterpiece of a game IMO, standards for any souls like are so far through the roof people can't even see their standards. Also, why were SOULS VETS ever complaining about "DIFFUCULY" level in the first place⁉️I's that not the whole point of these types of games or what I understand bad performance and glitches, but otherwise use your headphones and play alert. A soldier fighting demons ain't never going to check his back? The game runs almost expetionally for me now, and changes made make this the best souls like period. -Players can stay together after bosses -friends don't disconnect after death -builds are incredibly diverse AND different weapon modes are the best in this game hands down IMO -parrying isn't OP unless your awesome and consistent at it resulting in less cheese more skill -Graphics are the best in these series besides demon souls being a little better -sound design phenomenal. I can't even get into how amazing the atmosphere is -Farming is actually somehow fun? I can't even explain this one lol -attacks don't push you off ledges!!!(Not unique to this game specifically) -AN ENTIRE ALTERED WORLD AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON(LAMP) I'm going to leave it at that as last point is the only game Iv ever played that's done it this well. I understand the performance was a yikes earlier on, and glitches were bad for many. Though, Many hardcore gamers who actually gave this game a chance after all the work they put into it have agreed this is the best souls like out there, and fits every playstyle literally. I loved demon souls sooo much but bows were not fun or diverse, and magic was boring and wayy to CHEESY. Hope you give this game another hour or few and try it out again🫡

Lol he was a lot harder than I expected too. I feel like submitting would have been the better route for sure. The item he gives you for submitting can be turned into 2 additional items.

@@OuchMouse1 you can turn that neckless into the soul stone neck less which removes the negative effect on it, or you can turn it in for the profane heart relic. So you need to technically do it 2 more times for everything. I didn’t know that when I made the video because I made it super early on.

Yea I have another video on where to farm hands and the ruiner is one of them. I would 100% log in and let you kill me, I think the only problem is, matchmaking is actually random so there is no real way to guarantee that we are put against each other in PVP.

@bigdeal_1 Yes that randomness makes it harder, my biggest issue seems to be the peer to peer connection mostly, OCE soulslike players are not common.

They did a lot of improving but overall I think it’s a networking issue. Sometimes I have flawless PvP and then other times it’s terrible. I am thinking its my opponents internet connection. Even if you have the best speed, if the person you are in multiplayer with does not it will cause lag issues unfortunately.
