At 0:50 it looks like you did not desqueeze properly per the focal length. That is my biggest hold back that it is not a constant squeeze factor

I think you should add the squeeze factor in the title, it basically tells people which cameras can practically use them.
Why? The squeeze factor is of no consequence. Depending on the used sensor area, you either have to crop more (16:9) or less (4:3).

16:9 is for 1.33x
4:3 is for 1.8x
And 6:5 is for 2x
That’s if you’re trying to to go for a 2.4:1 aspect ratio
Still not the anamorphic i am looking for. Where is 2x???? With no focus breathing. Two things I need and of course it would be compatible with e mount
well ...there is a way to costum desqeeze you go to the effects "transform" drag that on to your clip, uncheck uniform trasfomation then can do how ever you want.. i just ordered the lense, i think its awsome, your footage is a bit noisy but i think it is a very capeble lense, way better then the siriu if you ask me.
gotta do something about that noise and the micro jitter man. Good video nonetheless!

why there isn't auto focus anamorphic lens??
My guess is that they are mainly designed for videographers who don’t use auto focus in their work but I’m just guessing.
That good question. Probably because they are lazy to do it. Making autofocus needs big factory
I don't personally need af anamorphic lens just that they rid of focus breathing and make it 2x stable

Well, I think that people who like to use anamorphic lenses, want it`s characteristics to be more prominent. With this lens it's very subtle and not too different from ordinary ones, so it may not be appealing too much.
What do you mean may not be appealing after saying all that?

@@falcofurious some people actually want the artifacts older anamorphic have.
It all depends not every one wants the in your face anamorphic. Also if you compare this to a spherical lens there’s an obvious difference
I disagree. I feel that applies more to the Laowa Lenses

Things also seem distorted when camera shakes. Honestly this lens looks like trash for 1600 bucks.
The dissonance notes/bends in the music make me want to hurl.
Cool review but your footage was pretty lame. The motorcycle was the only good shot.
