Agne Capuozzo, what a man!! How can a will-of-the-wisp like him (Height 1.77 m, 5 ft 9+1⁄2 in, Weight 68 kg (10.7 st; 150 lb) play professional rugby at this level? HUGE respect for him and well done Italy for never giving up!!

Well, I'm not going to remind you of other top players under 6" such as de Klerk , but I'd like to remember here a great Italian rugby hero, Diego Dominguez.
He was one of the pillars of our National Team when we were petitioning our candidacy to get into what at time was the Five Nations and he was our team's guide and example in the first handful of Six Nations' editions.
      What a player !
      ua-cam.com/video/oDN9AP_CLRg/v-deo.html
And he is even slightly shorter than Capuozzo if I'm not wrong , so all I'm saying is we Italians may have a tradition here.......

Warburton’s been the loudest voice wanting to kick Italy out on the BBC.

Warburton is not too clever, and that's a euphemism. His comments are always perfectly inept, which is amazing from a man of this much experience, but there it is. He just randomly has a go at the french or the italians because he hates them but has other standards for british teams. He went mad against the french few years ago claiming they didn't treat concussions seriously but when his teammate Tomas Francis suffered a horrible concussion against England this year, returned to the pitch after a suspicious HIA and was again on the pitch against France two weeks later, he wasn't as fierce a players' safety advocate. And that's another euphemism for he kept his fat mouth shut tight.

What happened to Campagnaro BTW?? I red he is now playing for Coulomier in pro D2. Was he on a long time injury ? Will he be back in national team some day? Are his bests years already behind him at only 29yo?

Che sportività anche nel post partita, non gente ma gentleman, onore a voi, speriamo che l'Italia diventa una realtà nel rugby in mezzo a queste belle persone, che sia una partenza per una meta gloriosa...

You can always feel that Martin Johnson never had it for humble pies, just not his thing. The man is so assertive, guess that's why he had a great career. But as analysis goes, surely he could try some. Great win by Italy, and what about the three victories in the under 20's. That says a lot. And about his perception of the Welsh defeat against France, 'cause apparently he seems to claim they should have won, well they didn't!!!! It's just that! Having watched France lose for the past ten years and play so poorly, no French spectator would have had the ill-faith to assert that they deserved to win. As tight as the match was against Wales, the French defence was so compact! Not ruthless either, but so technically brilliant! And they never seemed to be bothered against England....

@@goldentidbit9611 every match he was ruder about italy than they deserved, especially in the scotland game. it's odd because he's probably been my favourite pundit apart from this but... if you were supporting italy and looking for positives rather than just relentlessly negative, there were signs throughout the whole tournament that this was coming

Wales looked tired and lacking ideas, almost amateur in that game. They pick older and more experienced players long past their sell-by dates. They have always been foolish because their World Cup final is the game against England every year. Everything in Welsh rugby takes second place to beating England. Until they can grow up and get past that and use the Six Nations to give younger players a chance and learn to play different phases of the game against top sides like England and France they will never win the World Cup. I bet Alun Wyn Jones will still be wheeled out in the next Six Nations. If so it doesn't look good for Welsh chances in the next World Cup.

i loved listening to warburton eat his words. A guy who advocated Italy be kicked out of the championship. Welsh rugby is an embarassment at the moment beyond the national team the regions are the whipping boys of the URC so should we kick them out ?
