The scenes are so beautiful, and the lives depicted remind us of the Tibetan vision, it has evolved in practice through the centuries, yet it is always focused on understanding the true essence of our living experience as humans, to be fully aware, to find our compassionate nature and to pass on this gift to others and to future generations. We as Tibetans are blessed to be born into this culture. Thank you Jamyang la for another empowering video about the Tibetan experience. 🙏🏽

It's my Sacred Belief that listening to the Sacred Chants in Sync with Buddha's Trumpet, 🐚, the Jhyamta, the Moktak(Wooden Fish Mu Yu), Buddha's Gong, Drums helps to remove Negative Thoughts from one's Mind and a one feels very Peaceful. I have done treks in Nepal and spent time among the Sherpas. I had the same question. I was told that animals are not slaughtered for food. When an animal becomes old, they are sometimes put in what is similar to an old folks home where they are cared for until they die of natural old age. At that time they are used as food. Namaste!!
