The Ryan Serhant NETFLIX SHOW is definitely BINGE-worthy. Why yes, I did binge watch it all from start to finish✨ I was even looking for additional episodes or a 2nd season. I'll have to wait I suppose. The real estate show & it's cast of characters draws you in pretty quickly as Ryan Serhant re-invents himself as a major brand.
Ryan Serhant's personality is already naturally people centered & his watchability factor reaches every audience member, from young to youngish alike. From the young guys wanting to emulate him to gals looking to him as a cool guy who has the solid real estate reputation & know how to close the deal. Man, Even grandmas (this one) loves that shock of silver hair!
Spoiler Alert if you haven't watched the SHOW!!*********************don't read the next few lines.
I'm glad Ryan stuck to his guns & professionally let one of his staff go, after a few chances. He did it with tact & professionalism but this young kid had odd mannerisms in a way that purposely alienated his colleagues, such as bashing his peers negatively on a recorded podcast (also affecting Ryan Serhant's hard won real estate reputation ). This young kid also lied to a fellow realtor colleague about having a client to view a penthouse, but it was him who showed up alone, who wanted to view the penthouse. The realtor had a issue with his creepy strange behavior. I was slightly surprised he wasn't let go sooner along with the fellow female podcaster, I didn't feel she was trustworthy either.
So can I see Ryan Serhant as a murderous Dr. on a soap opera show? Yes, but I might have to squint my eyes to see him as anyone too sinister.
This next chapter in his Manhattan life is starring in his own self produced, mega real estate show for Netflix. I thoroughly see his talent come through on each episode. Congrats & Best wishes on fulfilling all of your latest producing & branding endeavors.
