Hi I live in eastern Canada, on a small island called deer island. And I have on order the new Moscow m3 which is supposed to be at my home early next week. And is very up and down land. Just subscribed. Happy riding.
Hello there I would like to ask you if you're still happy with your NCM bike ? I'm going to buy a used one tomorrow. It has only 900km on it and it goes for 600€ 😅 have you had any defects? Greets from Poland
@ogkendrick6392 I sold mine a couple of months ago. I health conditions. I really didn't feel like riding much anymore. Yes I enjoyed the bike a lot. And what time I was able to ride the bike. It was reliable.
Thanks for your informative videos. After a several weeks of research I ordered this bike from Leon Cycles in Seattle and look forward to receiving in good condition. As a first ebike I spent more than anticipated because this bike offered the size, power, looks, quality components and versatility for which I had been searching. The bike also included a 36 page manual which sealed the deal. I’m about your age and live near a forest greenway trail system here in Texas. In appreciation for your videos on this bike I would like to offer a video of my own one day soon.
Hi James, as well as the 6 assist modes there are also 3 power modes in the settings, eco, normal (default) and power. If you put into power mode it becomes a beast ! Seems to want to get you to max speed as fast as possible. I love my Ncm Moscow.
Had my Moscow plus 29” for a couple of weeks now and it’s a good machine, I’m 6ft 2” and 106 kg and this is great uphills and the battery is also very good . I live in exmoor Somerset U.K. and it’s very hilly around here and I have done 30 miles on a charge on level 6 and still had 2 bars left afterwards. This will do 50 + miles on less challenging terrain and more with a lighter rider weight.
Hi Antonio, I still chug along at level 3 but it's good to hear from someone who is bigger than I am and uses level 6 to assist with the hills in Exmoor Somerset. I agree that the battery will do well over 50 miles with a lighter rider.
@@feastoneseyesongoodies we get a pretty raw deal in the UK, silly bike laws, roads that don't accommodate cycling bad weather and have to pay far more, this bike costs £750 in the US....
Hi Like, since my initial problems I ride my NCM everyday without any issues. Leon Germany were extremely unhelpful with the problems I had. However they now have a UK branch and the customer service is much better.
Summed up the bike well James although would have been nice to see you demo levels 4, 5 ,6. Id have one in a shot if it wasn't for the abysmal customer support from this company. I'm a pretty competent bike mechanic but spare parts ( on the electrical side ) seem non existent for these bikes. Such a shame because for a hub motor powered e bike the performance is really good with 55nm of torque available.
Good grief that was painful to watch. The dude spends multiple minutes shooting an uphill climb, constantly eyeballing the ground and never looking ahead, then if that weren't enough, when done, doesn't show the viewers a rear view perspective of the hill he'd just climbed. What an utter waste of time.

The 29” size is a big bike even for me being 6ft 2” .

Cheers dude ☕
Does the bike come with a throttle leaver ? It's not mentioned in the video. I am tempted to buy a bike but would need a power only mode when tired.
How easy would it be to find part replacements for this bike? I am a bit reluctant yet.
Does it have a manual throttle? it doesnt seem to have it here like the other reviews.
Hi Dan, UK law does not allow a throttle. However, you can purchase the bike in the USA with one.
