My Dept has been SO frustrating. I like to run a tight ship. But now I'm by myself in a dealership, AND getting over a broken knee. Things got to be a mess while I was gone, and even though I'm back, I can't carry anything. Hopefully this gets back to normal soon.

Sorry to hear it! For now you'll just have to do the best you can with what you've got. They ought to get you some hand trucks too!
