I had a very easy way to do this mission, I just simply walked him to the court house by clicking on the street near the courthouse. And no attacks triggered lol

In my version of this game you can't do this. You can only arrest him or put him in transport car.

I never got pass the volcano mission because it was bugged, at least I believe it was bugged.
