    Never had much luck shaping baguettes and for that reason usually steer clear of them. They usually end up as elongated blobs of dough (which is so annoying after spending that much time proofing and getting everything else just right). I’m gonna try the method you used (saw the same idea from a King Arthur flour video). Yours turned out great-hoping that if I stick with 1 method and practice I will eventually figure it out. Thanks for the motivation to try again.

      Hey Andy!! They really are a lot harder than they look, and I would definitely agree that they’re more trouble than they are worth. The King Arthur video helped me a lot as far as visualizing it. I had to make this recipe a few times before I got them looking even remotely decent, so I definitely think practice makes perfect with these!! Best of luck, you got this! 🤗
