Not a great breakfast for "$150 Presidential" hotel. Very ordinary. Also, things don't seem to be working in the room.
I got better breakfast in yak and yeti for just 18k a night ,
Pokhara’s hotel romantica had similar or even better breakfast for 4K a night

I agree with you on the nasal chai in Nepal being better.
I’m from India and can’t have any pre-made chai there because I feel like my teeth are going to fall out because of the sugar. I don’t eat sugar, very rarely, so I usually make my chai at home with a TON of spices and simmer it for a good half hour before I add the tea leaves and milk.

Please don't have antibiotics without seeing a doctor... Most of the pharmacies over Nepal practice quack medicine .. So be careful while visiting these places... Anyway Safe journey brother...
