I metal detected the beach's alone, at night, a lot! 2 times I witnessed UAPs. once, I think was a military drone investigating me (Had a sense something was watching me, looked up, and there was an orange light peering down on me. it immediately shut off, and scooted away silently, about 30 feet above my head) - If this was a drone, it was SUPER stealth! I was alone, and could hear a crab fart! That thing made no noise at all, and did not expect me to look at it! 2nd. Again, I was metal detecting Miramar Beach, and an orb, about the size of a bowling ball i would guess, zoomed down the entire length of the beach, about 20 feet out over the water, about 10 feet high. It was so fast, it went in my vision as far left as i could see, to as far right as i could se (on an open beach), and it was gone in less than 1/2 a second! Also: Bonus content: I may have seen a mermaid there at night, again. 50ft away, just a 5ft tall silhouette i though maybe was a standing stubby log, from a distance in the dark.. I turned around, and looked back 3 seconds later, it was gone, and i was alone on the beach again! could see 1/8 mile in all directions, that thing went back in the water, or up, or??? idk. There is a LOT going on in Destin! (Although I have a tendency to attract supernatural, and abnormal things, so maybe its just me?! lol. I have more stories NOBODY would believe. This world is NOT what it seams!
Good video, thanks. I've lived in either Destin or here in Fort Walton Beach for most of my life and never knew WHY the sand squeaked when walked upon... now I know. Way way back in the day for whatever reason locals referred to Crab Island as Bird Sh*t Island.

The island of Destin, a portion at least, was used as a practice bombing run during WW II.
