I listen to them every night to help me fall asleep because they really soothe my anxiety and help with not noticing my tinnitus 🥹❤️ I always loved listening to him while falling asleep, but the music would catch me off guard cuz it would be so loud compared to the rest of the video. So thank you so much for doing this❤
I also use this to ignore my tinnitus! But my tinnitus is so loud that I have to use a white noise machine and a fan as well to help block mine out completely.
