Fantastic recipe….rolls super soft with great flavor ! Think you should revisit your video though; shows 3 cups flour but this contradicts the recipient amount on the sidebar and on your website. I used 4 cups, rolls came out perfect.
Thanks so much for sharing your recipe. I had some frozen cottage cheese that I had to use up so I thought why not some dinner rolls? I had to add about one-two tablespoons more water as my dough was quite dry. I could tell that the cheese was a not as creamy due to being frozen. I divided my dough into a little larger portions so I didn't get as many rolls but they were AMAZING!! I LOVE YOU TOYA!!

@@ToyasKitchen Toya, lol, I am not on instagram honey. I'm older and I do have a fancy cell but I don't use it like you young folks. My dinner rolls are just coming out of the oven. I think yours are way prettier, mine are'nt all perfectly sized. My dough seemed drier than yours and I was concerned that my flour ratio was off and I added more cottage cheese to get the right texture.I make a Dilly bread with cottage cheese that is wonderful. I found the recipe from Food and Wines best of 1995 recipe book. I just want to say thank you so much for sharing your gift of food with us! Hector said he can't see how these could be any prettier. They are hot but he is eating them anyway! Super delicious! Wish you could be here to smell them and see them! Thank you

I used a 9×12 baking dish but really you can use what ever you have

Yes you can just warm it up when you are ready to use again

350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes
Would this recipe work with no yeast?
no it wont it needs the yeast for this version
