Currently, the world’s tallest building is the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It stands at 2,722 feet or 829.8 meters. Over the coming years, this record will be broken, as countries continue building towards the skies.
You may be surprised that the title of the world’s tallest structure does not change hands that often. In fact, only 19 man-made structures have ever held the title throughout our history. An astounding fact when you realise how many tall structures have been constructed over the last 100 years.
Today, I would like to walk you through the tallest structures in world history: From Burj Khalifa right through to the amazing creek tower in Dubai.

Goat Group Antennae doesn't count in its architectural height. Just called laziness. But it does make towers look better.

Twin Tower was just a nickname the actual names were World Trade Center.
The Petronas towers aren't actually taller than the Willis tower. Just because the height of the antannae surpass the height of the Willis tower's roof, doesn't make them taller! The Petronas towers, (counting the antannae), are 1,483 feet tall. The roof of the Willis tower is 1,451 feet. If you count the antannae on the Willis tower, it's actually 1,730 feet tall!
Both the original WTC twin towers and the Willis tower were taller than the petrona towers the petrona towers roof height is 1,230 feet while the WTC twin towers were 1,368 and 1,362 ft tall and the Willis tower is 1,450 ft both the Willis towers and Original WTC antenna surpasses and technically the original WTC antenna even surpassed the Willis towers antenna making it 1,731 Ft tall so they surpass the petrona towers antenna by a long shot so technically the petrona towers were never the tallest they were the 3rd tallest behind the Willies and original WTC towers and then became second when the WTC collapsed

The megatall buildings in Dubai and China are built without any care, simply stacked up with haste. Therefore, those massive towers are prone to attack and even destruction.

The size in this video is completely wrong, willis tower is only slightly taller than the wtc twin towers and the patronas twin towers are tinny compared to wtc twin towers, even there are taller that's only because of the spires

Overproud Vietnam. Lm81 was never be the tallest building in the world. It's built by 2018, 461m while Burj Khalifa is 828m, built by 2010. The lm81 is half the height the Burj Khalifa. Read the title first before you comment.
