Well not really after Apollyon(the Blackstone(one of the knight sub groups) leader) died the warborn clan(vikings), the iron legion(knights) and Ayus house(samurai) fought for about 7 years till they made peace they only fought for a thousand years BEFORE Apollyon started her plan
I love For Honor, with the Samurai as my main faction & the Shugoki my main from that faction. The first 3 factions then the 4th & 5th that was added later are: Samurai (Japanese) Knights (European) Vikings (Norse/Scandinavian) Wu Lin (Chinese) Unaffiliated (Self Explanatory) You didn't notice but not only Valkyrie but Peacemaker, Nobushi, Nuxia, Shaman (which you are missing) & Warmonger are pure female classes. As most other warriors can be customized & Gender Swapped. Before the Unaffiliated faction were made the Knights & Vikings got classes that weren't actually affiliated. Centurions & Gladiator are Romans from Greece & Vikings got the Highlander who is more Northern Scotland or Ireland. You should react to all Executions. So can see some of the ones you missed. And some of the cinematics also will fill out some blanks. But basically the story is that a major catastrophe hit this world, destroying everything that each faction had. So with supplies such as fresh water sources being scarce, one thing led to another & started a centuries long war between the 3 factions. It raged so long the world had recovered & resources replenished but still they fought. And when peace was in reach, Apollyon the first Warmonger kept the fighting going to follow her Survival of the Fittest/Wolves & Lambs mentality. Even after her defeat her Wolves had caused enough strife to keep the war going. The Wu Lin had sealed their borders till they quelled a civil war then joined the war recently. The unaffiliated were probably around doing pirate or mercenary work.
Amazing react ! and yes they is also 4 faction plus 1 outlander , you should also watch the story trailer to understand more the history because just like you see samurail , viking and knight also fight against they own people for multiple reason ! this is also the strong point of the game !
@@OntheSidePH yep also I can suggest you the vidéo of the saison event like : Black Priors riposte, shadow of the hitokiri, Warth of the Jormugrand and Zhanhus Schachzug ! Almost no one do video reaction on those when they teach a lot of things on the backstorie! :)
My favorite game for sure. Sakura is a Samurai, Vortiger is a Knight. Sunda is a Wulin and I Jormungandr is a viking. You should definitely react to their event trailers. They're super cool.
@@OntheSidePH there are alot of execution its not my decision but i suggest splitting them into parts like do samurai executions first then do a diffrent one next part OR you can do em all together if you can find a video thats recent then thats great
This is way too late and im sure someone explained but in case not, there are five factions. Knights, Vikings, Samurai, Wu Lin, and Outlanders. The trailier with the knight woman who died was the Wu Lin and the Pirate is the only character (for now) for the Outlanders

I know I sound like a boomer when I say this, but I actually miss the old days of For Honor, when it was all about patience, skill and reading your foes. Now it’s too fast and while you still require skill, it’s all because of too many unnecessary buffs and nerfs (key word “unnecessary”).
It's still about patience, skill and reading. They just changed the core of the game focusing more on offense gameplay and less defensive gameplay. This means the game got harder. I do see your point though, the game right now is quite different than what it was then and after almost 6 years I still love it.. for some reason.
All were awesome, but I think Wu Lin and Outlanders were our favorites... seemed the most unique!! Also the Pirate just really left a lasting impression on us 😂😂
