Seems however that your Alabama bias is sneaking through a bit. I do like the analysis however saying that JJ McCarthy isn’t a run threat is just blatant ignorance. You’re saying that he doesn’t have the ability to which is incorrect the dude passes max like 25 times a game. He’s been held back by the coaching staff. Ultimately I think Michigans defense keeps them in the game but they lose 27-24 Alabama

I said that he doesn't have the same mobility as Milroe not that he can't run at all. JJ has an ability to run but it isn't use the same way that Bama uses Milroe

You absolutely miss on a few extremely important points... JJ runs a 4.4 he is not used as a runner because of injury purposes, and there hasn't been a need for him to use his legs all year... Michigan loves using its TE this will be one of Alabamas biggest issues because Alabama LB are their weakness and that's one of Michigan's strengths. If Michigan can rush just 2/3 to 4 yards a run combined with hitting their TE for a few yards, they will drain the clock that's how Michigan plays.. Boa constrictor

Nice breakdown. I also think Loveland is the key for Michigan. If they can get him on a linebacker he could have some chunk plays at critical moments. Alabama will be getting McClellan back which will be a boost for their running game if for no other reason than to share the load with Williams and Jam Miller. Expect Alabama to use Niblack as a mismatch down the seam. Overall, it should be a great game but I believe Alabama is more battle tested and will win 24-17.

The things that makes me say you are dead wrong are:
1. Michigan played 9 speed bumps overmatched teams.
2. The tough teams they did play (OSU, Penn State, Iowa) only OSU had a decent offensive threat.
3. JJ has ONE passing TD in the last FIVE GAMES.
Michigan is a good team but their gaudy defensive stats are misleading. They want to out physical wear down and bully teams with their superior athletes.
Do you really think they can do that to Alabama? Even in a “down” year those are 4-5 Star players.
Bama has shown ability to win multiple ways. The have faced adversity. Michigan really hasn’t faced any.
Saban with a month to prepare is almost unbeatable. Michigan hasn’t played a team as talented as Alabama but Bama has played teams similar in some aspects to Michigan
Bama will go all out to stop the run. Michigan will have to pass and the DBs (3 All Americans) are the strength of Bama defense.
I just don’t see how Michigan can win. I have Bama in a 31-14, 31-17 type game.

Bro nice breakdown but you must have said “JJ is a better Qb, JJ is a better passer” 1000 times 😂 Milroe the lessor passer has MORE TD PASSES than JJ. He also has more passing yards than JJ. Also Milroe passing efficiency is higher than JJ and let’s not even compare quick strike and deep ball accuracy. Not saying JJ is not a great QB but Milroe is just as good and better in many respects. If Michigan treats this game as if Milroe can only run they will be in for a long day.

I think that Milroe is a good QB but I think that his legs open up a lot of his opportunities which isn't a bad thing, it's just different from JJ. I think that JJ does a better job with reading the field which is the difference from him and Milroe
