Worked for me! You don't have to kill everything, just run pass all monsters and check for the spawns. Use a deviant to aggro monster. Took me around 10 runs to get one. Thanks for the video! :)

I just wanna know what level is Dr. Teddy, is it random or fixed? I thought deviant that picked up only stay at low level mostly 1/1, just like all those paper dolls. Wasted time 😢
Most of the pickups are low level, as with most other deviants. But I was able to pick up a few level 5 paper dolls. That's something like a 4-6% chance.
Old man asking why not picking anything up increases one's chances? Also what are you doing in the end with the sniper rifle. You keep zooming in and out. What does that do? Thank you for such a great comment. By not picking up the loot until you play the silo again, this will reset all the loot scattered throughout. If you pick it up you’ll have to wait 4 hours for the games overall loot timer to reset. Every time you load into the dungeon the loot changes so you always have another chance at finding the Teddy. As for the end with the sniper. I’m zooming out and back in after each shot. If I was to stay aimed in, the reload animation time takes longer. So it gives a faster fire rate. However, I do have a rapid fire calibration on both of my weapons. Hope this helps 😁
@@Sl0thyz Got it after 9 runs, sitting on the table on the area before the lasers part. I use transformation cookie to skip the first phase/regen elite everytime, especially if it's the ghoul with black hole ability (my Jaws cannot kill it quick enough. So, I'm not bothered to deal with it). The Regen rosetta elite is basically a meme, bro never had a chance to begin with. It's a 2-4 with FB and Power King but alright I guess. Thanks for the tip about the lootable scraps 👍
So from what I’ve heard, Dr.Teddy can drop in silo theata on the manibus scenario by completing the side boss fight. I’ve not heard about any other silo on WOW yet.

Enter Silo PSI PRO - Use Cloaker - Run - Exit Dungeon - Enter again till u get it
^This works too if you don’t want to fight every time. Quick method of running it.

It sure is! I found 2 on the same run when I first started looking for it.

You sure can! Finish the boss and claim it. It’s only the ground loot you can’t pick up as that’s what refreshes

My highest so far is a 4/3 so you've got a much better chance. Those paper dolls are so annoying, i feel your pain.

It will make the lootable disappear, decreasing your chances of finding Dr Teddy. The deviant spawns in-place of a lootable scrap
I'm pretty sure the only things on the 4 hour timer is the weapon and gear crates, right? For dungeons anyway.

Nope not true, nobody in my team or hive has played PvP.
Its random, not gueranted, u can also drop it from other dungeons on any diff when u kill aboth elites (or specials on hard/pro). Dislike for it.
I mean at least it can drop. Unlike in Manibus PVE server
