Sofia is a master communicator. I’ve watched several podcasts she has been on and she’s able to portray that she’s connecting with each person she’s talking to like they’re BFFs. Reminds me of drunk girls in the bathroom at a bar type vibes.

If I was able to go to therapy twice a week I might have actually gotten more out of it. Insurance only allowed twice a month. No where near enough time for anything. She basically just got to know me pretty well. Group therapy was AWESOME and I got a lot out of those. It actually got down to business and taught meaningful skills. Plus hearing other ppl stories n feedback was extremely helpful!
I hope this becomes more regular! I loved watching this ❤️ kail, You’re such an incredible human.

I Don't get HOW the hell Kail gets public scrutiny?! She's the BEST Mom & a BOSS woman. Who the fuck has something NEGATIVE to say about her?! She's hardworking and has had nothing handed to her. 100% agree! She has worked for everything she has & does an amazing job raising her kids while in the public eye PLUS she continues to work on herself in therapy. No one is perfect but its awesome when you can say "I've made mistakes but I'm trying to work on myself to be a better person". I think that shows major growth as a person & she should be proud of herself for that. I'm #TeamKail all the way & think she's just doing an awesome job! I never miss any of her podcast :)

"Tell people what they want to hear and keep doing what you want". Great advice, if you have no consideration for other humans. This is why ghosting and deceitfulness is running rampant in the dating world these days. How about just be honest and have some respect for other people? If you just want no string attached fun then just be honest. I think that is so immature and immediately makes me lose respect hearing someone say that.
Like you're both good mothers you both have amazing lives so all this beef shouldn't be continuing all this drama shouldn't be continuing you should both just make amends call it off and move on block each other from social media like I said and just don't talk to each other and just don't look at each other's posts on social media that's what I did with my enemies I blocked them all and I feel better not having them check up on me cuz I would never want to check up on them cuz they don't mean anything to me cuz I live my life they live their life negatively or positively however they want to live it but I just want you to stop fighting and squash this cuz you're both beautiful mothers and you both deserve peace and happiness and so this drama continuing on
