I took that course 2 or 3 years ago, and I enjoyed it! I was already in help desk and still learned a few things. I especially enjoyed the stories, like when one of their windows computers were hacked and they drove in the middle of the night to go get it. Or reminiscing on first project of setting up a RADIUS server. Staying up all night to learn android development. Hearing peoples stories is awesome. Overall, I think a lot of the value in that course is simply opening your mind to the world of possibilities in an encouraging and entertaining way!
I actually took this course while pursuing the CCNA. I think there will be some things to learn from the course for sure but the networking part will be nothing new. As far as the other categories go, there is definitely a lot to learn.
@@JoyTothesummer Thats cool and congrats with getting the job with it...most people though need a bit more when getting a job. Its a good idea that when you are getting these certificates to get the certification they are based off of...the Google IT Support is based off of the CompTIA A+...you actually get a dual certification from Google when you get both. The Google Cybersecurity certificate is based off of the CompTIA Security+...all the Microsoft certificates have a certification they relate to as well. So, if you or anyone else are able to land interviews with just a certificate, that is awesome! I just recommend getting the certification associated with it.

I landed a job with it. No college degree and I have a GED! What are you talking about?
