I am a resident of Quetta, I live in a area which is surrounded by judges and ministers. All the ministers have NCP cars at their houses and they give their Kids NCP cars to play around with. I hate this hypocrisy if your gonna break the law without any repercussion by should I be scared of the customs filling an FIR againsts me. Sir I suggest there should be only 1 number plate issued to a person on his CNIC, when he/she will buy another car, he/she should inform to related department e.g. excise etc that I am changing my vehicle and the same number plate will be allowed to him or her to display on his or her new vehicle. Then the vehicle can be traced and the departmental load will be reduced too. I think this system has been introduced in US.

My suggestion to buy used vehicles in Pakistan locally produced or imported make sure before buying you must inspect vehicle documents from concerned E.T.O office it's very simple . Not only relay online verification becoz sometime registration verfiy on line but documents fake. So first you must prefer locally registered car and go to eto office and show documents for verification. And if you want further more inspect you go to eto for chassis verification . So you take above steps before purchasing it's takes only one day. And then your money will be safe. Thanks
