What did you think of this FAB ( that's the name of this room) we stayed in?
Actually, we stay in the room for just a few hours, either getting ready in the morning or sleeping. Looks okay for those options and the price is good.
Definitely Go rooms are nicer.
And quieter
After I walked down to CVS to buy a Swiffer set and some Lysol to thoroughly re-clean my entire room and request a fresh set of bed and bathroom linen- then, I could have stayed there. The pool looked amazing.
It looked sketchy. I stayed there in July, but I had an updated Flamingo Room. It was clean. Smelled like weed everywhere in the hotel though.
We stay at Flamingo every time we go to Vegas (pre-pandemic 2-3 times a year). Definitely upgrade to at least a "go" room. The Fab rooms are not where it's at :( but the go rooms are clean and still reasonably priced. LOVE the Go pool, always a good time :) Also check out the Bird Bar... the bar tenders there are hilarious

It was so crowded in June when I was there! Had a reno room and it was nice and clean!

Another fun video. I recommend doing a bed check. My family stayed there and there was bed bugs in their room. They quickly upgraded them to a top suite and waived everything but not how you want to start your holiday. They were not in the basic room. At any hotel where their is a constant change of people I recommend checking the mattress spots on the wall and they love hiding behind bed frames and pictures or mirrors that are close to the bed. If I had not sent that tip to them they would have had a terrible holiday.
Stayed here in August 2021 in a King high roller room renovated and nice. Pink walls, flamingo lamps, stand up shower and separate soaker tub. Hubby and I loved it. The Go pool is wayyy to strict to be 21 and over. Stricter than TSA. Drinks wayyy to pricey at that pool and watered down. Overall loved our stay at the hotel.

The Flamingo is a very popular spot. We really enjoyed the pool and I'm sure it would have been a much different experience in an updated room. Thanks for sharing and sorry we missed ya this trip. Great video! I stayed in one of the high roller view updated rooms in may, which was super nice. I really liked the flamingo a lot even though I was somewhat skeptical when I first booked the room. :)

I’m still expecting, one of the times you fo the bed test, that something breaks on the bed frame. Given the overall look of that room, I figured this would be the time. The room looks about like the one I had stayed in in 1995 other than the tv. At least it’s a nice view.

I stayed in Flamingo's cheapest room last year (2020) & really liked it! I thought it was comparable to Harrah's but closer to the Linq Promenade, where I hang out. And it was a big step up from the Linq Hotel Casino!
Great video as always, yes some tlc to the rooms. I would have wanted a mop at least lol. The pool really makes up for it though with good eats and drinks. We went to atlantic city monday and i saw the buffalo machine and went buffaloo lol then we played at cash money games and i had to do the rub and the read between the lines lol. Love you guys.

I love you guys. I’m coming to Vegas in October. I made the mistake of booking a room at Ellis Island hotel then I read the reviews and canceled it. Looks like the Flamingo is in the same category.
Thanks Shon! The Flamingo does have updated nicer rooms. The FAB room we were in definitely needed some love and attention. The pool area and location of the Flamingo were great. We might have to go back and try one of those updated rooms. We'll see. Stay tuned! Thank you for watching.
Usually stay at the Flamingo due to the location, usually a Go room, strip view. Rooms are much nicer but they need some updating too. Have played the Mighty Cash machines at Flamingo, penny slots. They were in front of the showroom. Won over $600 on them. It was a good night.
I have never been in any of the rooms, though I did read there were upgraded rooms. For someone on a very tight budget, $23.00 plus resort fee still makes it affordable for people who need it. You two are so funny, but I had to laugh at the point where each of you were dancing individually, I was looking in the background and not one person even looked at you LOL! I guess the saying "you never know what you will see in Vegas" is true. Tooo funny! Not a glance (that I saw).

Day beds and cabanas are very expensive at flamingo... Well good thing it won't b open in February.
The Flamingo does have some nicer rooms. All things considered a pretty good place to stay.

I’m dying at the room review 😂😂 The close up in that wallpaper. We booked one of the remodeled rooms and they definitely upgraded those rooms. We stayed in one of the older rooms and had the worst water pressure…I may just be a little hotel room bougie thought haha

Hi you two. It's been a while. I have always stayed at Flamingo. Cheap price. I'm not there to sleep. Flamingo has the best payouts on the strip. When I gambled it was there. I would make enough money to more than cover my expenses flight and room. I also hit many times on blazing 7's. I won thousands and more.
Go pool is fun, if you’re looking for a more chilled relax pool experience the Beach Club pool is the place. Yes they have more upgraded rooms and COVID did put a delay but if you can upgrade upon check in by all means. As much as I’ve been trying to stay else where with Caesar’s properties I keep coming back to the Flamingo, reason, location location location!!! Awesome video loved your steak video!!!
The Flamingo site says they have newly renovated rooms - I’m thinking this isn’t one of them

you wiped the floor, its filthy, did you clean off that couch? Did you check to see if the bed linens were clean or just remade......that room gave me the heebegeebies...why cant they mop those floors. Its an indication of how filthy everything else is in the room.....yuck yuck
I love the Flamingo but only stay in the newly renovated rooms. I was given a older room in error but they made it right. I have to say after finding the dirt you did I would have requested another room. Upgraded and clean.

I just got a cheap room it sucked. No hot water, no soap or shampoo. 18th floor! Sucked!
Wow I just left there 2 days ago. I stayed in the Go Room for 4 nights and the only thing I liked was the view. The pool was packed lol. Toilet wouldn't flush...etc. I would have loved to have run into you guys....that would have been awesome.

as for rooms Ive stayed at the FAB room many times over looking the strip , then did a GO ROOM really nice but never made it to the nice pool. exp the kids pools on the other side

The crowd is sketchy and I don’t like being so close to the street . I’ll stick with the top tier resorts like Bellagio, Caesars , Venetian and Wynn . Awesome work as usual though 😎😎

Wow. Room looked small and dirty. But the fridge and hard wood floors. But would you stay at Circus Circus?
Not a real pool person, so I don’t know the etiquette….but it struck me as odd that you could take your drink into the pool with you. My luck I’d get bonked in the head with that beach ball and lose the drink in the drink!! Love that there is so much vegetation still standing in that entire pool area, too….
I think it's a decent room and place to stay. I'd rather spend my money on slots, entertainment and food.
I stayed at Flamingo a few years ago.
I was woke up out of my sleep by a fire alarm. This all happened 2 weeks after that guy that was at The Mandalay Bay shot all those people. I thought it was another attack going on.
I tried calling downstairs but nobody picked up the phone. I got on the elevator, which was the worst thing I could have done because “ The Fire Alarm was going off “
I was startled!
I will never stay at The Flamingo again.

11:48 Dave is a fricken dancing MACHINE!! At home no shoes. At a hotel room , SHOES. In Vegas little time is spent in the room so really no point in going high end. Resort fees; Read Between the Line LOL

Yikes!! 👀 I must admit that I thought the rooms at the Flamingo would have been much nicer, and in better condition than your room. I was waiting for you to point out 'roaches on the floor (thankfully you didn't!). I would expect a room like this at the Travelodge on the Strip, not in a beautiful-looking hotel such as this. The old adage is true...you get what you pay for. Bally's was MUCH nicer 👍 You two are awesome, and you have a lot of fun. Turn It Up World🌎!!

I’ve stayed at the Flamingo several times in the past when I regularly attended an international conference held there. My sons begged me to stay at the Ballagio, but I had never stayed there and wanted to try it. My room was nicer and cleaner than the one you reviewed, and overall, I thought the hotel was fine. The conference rate at the time was $45, no resort fee, and included their breakfast buffet, which was great and included mimosas! After my first visit, they always upgraded me. You can’t beat the location, and it would be a totally acceptable choice for those on a budget.
I paid $22 for a cocktail at that pool in 2012 and it was SO special - I still remember how much I loved it. That’s a really fun pool

The only thing good about the flamingo is the location. The food selection sucks the slots don’t pay what’s so ever you can’t get a drink to save your life the rooms are dirty and furnished with the cheapest materials the whole property is tired and below average for that said location. There’s a reason you can book a 7 day stay for $500. Take a walk through the Venetian,Paris or the Mirage they make the flamingo look like skid row.

We used to have a conference annually there in the 2000s. I’ve stayed in the rooms before their update around 2006. 😬 Looks like it’s pretty worn.
