Dave, I want to share how I use your TK Friday notes. What I do is watch your TK Friday videos, then I down load the PDF notes to my I-Pad into Books. I put the notes from each Friday into a separate book Collection/Folder I have set up called (TK Fridays) so all of my TK Friday notes are in one easy to find location. Then I go through the TK notes for that day, but the nice thing about having the notes in Books, is that I can use my I-pencil (or you could just use your finger if you don’t use one) and I add my own notes, highlights, reminders and observations as I go through your notes. The other nice thing is that you can split the I-Pad screen so you can watch the TK Friday video on one side and the notes on the other side and I can add my own notes and highlights as I go through the video. This helps in several ways, it reinforces the lesson for that day, but later (days weeks or months) when I go back to the notes, I see my own notes/highlights making it even/faster for me to recall the key points from each lesson. Anyway, I hope someone finds this approach helpful.

    Hi, Dave.
    Another really good video, friend.
You once said that you like photographing flowers.
I would like it if you would take a flower photo as a subject for editing.
Preferably one of yourself and a close-up.
I do a fair amount of macro work, but I also like to photograph close-up flowers.
I would like to see what you would do with a photo of yourself with the TK9 panel of course.
    Antoine.

Hi Dave, another great teaching. I tamed only the blues in the sky a bit. The Color Lum changed the vision, especially the reds.
Well the last TK Friday before Christmas. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a lot of thanxs for your amazing works. It's your passion that drives us every Friday
    Cheers from Berlin, Germany, Daniel.👍

Hi Dave , another question I meant to ask you previously was how do I add to or remove from the delection when creating a channel. I find that when I press control and select on the TK9panel to create my initial subject channel if the selection is not quite right it appears I cannot change it in the channel as it has already been created. I have opened up my add/subtract tool in photoshop and made the necessary adjustments on screen but it does not the change the selection already created as a channel which in turn gets replicated as the background channel meaning both subject and background contain pixels I do not want in them ?

Dave Really fascinating to see how you edited the image. I"ve learnt so much about editing from your videos.
Can you explain why you sometimes use dodge and burn and sometimes screen and multiply.

I like this edit as my go to edit.
Also Dave I wonder if you could perhaps do another video on setup export and save for social media and print since the TK9 update. Just a suggestion but always love these edit videos while having my Saturday morning coffee.

Hi Dave and thank you for another great edit. With each episode, I learn more and hopefully get better at processing. Today I have a question concerning automatic selections. In the past, there was always an emphasis on properly feathering a selection. In fact, one of selling features of earlier versions of TK was the fact that selections were correctly feathered by virtue of the math behind, for example, a luminosity mask. Why is it not necessary to feather a selection generated by the quick selection tool?

Thanks Anthony. The Object Selection tool does a really good job most of the time because it is Ai based, especially if you have it set for (Cloud, Detailed Results). If it doesn't give you the selection you want you can use the Select and Mask Feature in Photoshop to refine it.

Thanks, Dave. Times change and PS changes. Its really necessary to stay on top of procedures or post processing gets ruined.

I just purchase tk9 and the tutorial button by button using your code, but I can't create an action to open denoise ai or sharpen ai like you have in your tk action panel. Do you have a video on how you set it up?
