      @@LukeSayerTattoo I agree 100% with this video, I'm very obsessive when it comes to measurement and this way is always the same just like if you buy from manufacturer. I'm 52 years old and learning as a hobby maybe more. Thanks for sharing

    Excellent! Was hoping you would brush each ink tone on a paper to show the difference in them. Also, Dynamic black is derived from a BLUE tone. When it heals, it has a blue look to it. 👍🏼

      @CHUEYINK that's a really good idea I should've done that 👍👍👍

    How many ounces are the clear bottles? Also, what happen if you run out of let’s say medium time. To get that exact ton in a new bottle do I have to repeat the entire process for that one tone?

    • @LukeSayerTattoo
      @LukeSayerTattoo  11 місяців тому +2

      Hey dude, doesn't matter which bottle sizes you get as they are watered down by the same bottle, I always get the big ones think they are 125ml on killerink,
      Yeah when you run out you remake the whole set, but each time you set up a tattoo you pour them all out so there normally run out similar is time, I always run out of medium 1st but the light is very close, but they are that cheap to make only 20£., we're as each bottle to buy normally is 20£ per bottle, I actually think there soo much better too the heal more like there put in, rather than 40% lighter like most greywashes

      Just to add, I get everything brand new each time and sterile, I would never use the same bottles or jug twice, it's easy and cheap to make

    This is awesome! Thank you dude i do have one question. The extra light whats the color of the shade like? I use a drop system but have thought of this just didnt know how to go about it. Perhaps its as light as a 2 drop cap?

    • @LukeSayerTattoo
      @LukeSayerTattoo  10 місяців тому +1

      Hey cheers for the comment, you could keep watering it down bottle by bottle as light as you want, sometimes I add 2 more bottles just to have more and to rinse with, yeah the good thing with doing it this way is it's always consistent we're as doing the drop method it's hard to get it the same everytime, hope this helps :) it is quite dark the wash so you could even start 2 bottles in if you feel it's to dark

    Will the ink be damaged if left for too long?

  • @madbrah8361
    @madbrah8361 3 місяці тому

    What are the benefits of making your own drop system vs a premade drop set? My mentor just pushes me to use the premade bc he feels systems can be inconsistent. And I mean setting up greenwash by ink cap before tattooing, not so much this method

    • @LukeSayerTattoo
      @LukeSayerTattoo  3 місяці тому

      Yeah I wouldn't use a drop system as it inconsistent but doing it this way it is exactly the same everytime, it's cheaper and straight from the black so it's darker and heals exactly as you put it in, I like some pre made washes but even the best ones are just the same as this but they cost over 100, and are just mixed in bigger batches

    Ink from reputable makers have some shakers inside, is it safe to drop a couple of stainless steel ball bearings as a shaker? or any recommendations to use as a shaker?

      Marbles, soak in rubbing alcohol and drop them in.

    hi, i use the dynamic grey wash set, but on the skin seems to reddish, but after a few days it's ok on the skin. do u have a clue why it happens? thanks in advance

    • @LukeSayerTattoo
      @LukeSayerTattoo  11 місяців тому

      on real skin or fakeskin? Normal to have a red tinge on real skin when tattooed it settles in grey

      @typeonegative13 yeah, some people go more red than others depends on each person, with the mixed greywash I find people going less red because its not watered down as much as greywash kits you buy,
