The small vanity case I purchased from Chanel boutique in Short Hills. In my experience, it works both ways. If you have a good relationship with an awesome SA, she/he can get it for you even if it's from another boutique. On the other hand, Chanel 800 CS can also help you find which store has the availability. Just pray it wasn't reserved though because that's mostly the case for highly sought after piece.

@@noramlan9973 That's a hard question. Both are good but the phone holder is cheaper & roomier. The WOC is easier access though due to its horizontal and wider opening. All about preference too.
