Today is my first day of L5 S1 Disc Bulge Surgery. I am facing this problem since some time. Previously I was being treated via spinal injections along with different physiotherapy / exercises. But those were not helping much. So I decided to go for surgery in hope of a permanent solution. This is the first video of my 3 days l5 s1 disc bulge surgery treatment here in germany.
