That’s unfortunate the floor has scratches. Those imperfections bother me too on items. I had to send back the gourmet kitchen set twice because they had numerous damage problems. At least a floor isn’t the worst of areas to have scratches on.
I feel like Fedex or whoever delivers them just aren't careful with items like that. It's so sad. I hope you eventually got a perfect kitchen set though!!
