At this point, they got them from ID Japan in Harajuku. I attended the event where they auctioned off these costumes for charity when they had new ones.
Just a wish. Unfortunately we'll never see it happen on video. I hope in the meantime somebody is able to put the whole 15-minute "Ascendead" video on this website when it comes out! It's too expensive to go online & buy all 3 disc editions.
