- In this video we are shopping for antiques and vintage items at one of Daytona Beach's best antique and vintage stores, Nicole's Beach Street Mall. This retail paradise covers an entire 14000 square feet of unique items. It covers an entire city block from one street to another! It used to be a Grant's store. Talk about going back. It has been repurposed with many different vendors selling their antiques, vintage items and collectibles as well as newer and handmade items as well. Each vendor's area is decorated unique. This place was so fun to find and get to shop at. If you ever get over to Daytona Beach, Florida and you like antiques and vintage you will love this place. I would give yourself at least a couple of hours to dig in because there is alot to see here. They have a bit of everything. That store had some really nice items. I loved that unusual amberware. When I was a kid I had my picture taken at the Ringling Museum. There was an elephant with a basket on his back for a kid to sit in. I loved going there. Take care!

Hi ya Jeff what a great day . I had a marvelous visit with you . I love doing the antique shops Tammy and myself went on a 2 hr train trip to our mountains Katoomba just to go to second hand book shops and walk the antique shops Tammy loves books . I found my umbrella urn in a garage sale for $5 about 20 yrs ago . It is in our hall I'm still looking for the right mirror to put above it but the one I have the kids made it for me . Jeff and myself are going out soon to go down the road (shop) I'm popping in to the salvation army to have a look before I come home . I have to walk every day so we walk there and catch the bus home . Walk for my ticker . God bless you all keep safe and well Karen, Jeff and family in Australia .💕🌞👵🧔☔🇭🇲

I’m surprised you didn’t get it all😂 Beautiful things. I have too much but I always find something else to buy. Do you ever see those beautiful antique crocheted ruffled doilies? My grandmother used to make them and sell them in Puerto Rico and when she lived with us in New York back in the 50’s. They were amazing and starched to perfection. Displayed on a table with those crystal vases full of flowers or ceramic fruit. Makes my heart full of joy. Continued good luck with your collections. I say continued because you seem to find great prices which I never do. If I find what I’m looking for, I usually pay whatever they are asking. I have no ability to haggle. That’s a technique I’ll have to learn.
Yes the doilies can be very special and how sweet is that story.....their tough today and really are dated even for our style but in a Victorian setting ...superb ! Thank you friend for your lovely share and kind note ! 🌾💛🍁👍👫🍂
