I ship mainly glass and ceramics. Shrink wrap is your best friend. Bubble wrap each. Then shrink wrap each. Then paper each. Stand them up in the middle of a box so they don’t touch the sides. Pad around them so they can’t move. A lot of paper. Boom. Now you’re a glass shipper.
That house was Massive. Those rooms reminds me of a gymnasium. I wished you would of filmed the art work (paintings), when you were passing by those chandeliers. They were under the chandeliers, a whole row of them. The thrift store had beautiful items as well, especially the glass section. Good score.
I hope you aren't too sad today thinking about your mom; I'm sure she would want you to be happy and thankful remembering all the good times and fun you shared. 💕💞💕
I've got the exact same malachite chip necklace! I got it from a charity shop for $2 (AUD). The lady said to me, "You do know it's not turquoise, right"? To which I said, "Yes, I know. It's malachite, what Cleopatra used to make eyeshadow with". She thought I was making it up!! Anyway, love the Coach bag - what a bargain!! Can't wait for your next video Dawn. Hopefully back to the old antique store for trip number 3. 😘🇭🇲

I went to an estate sale once. The pickers were so aggressive. I sat back and waited patiently. Then when it was my turn, I scored three sterling silver bracelets. They missed the boat. So it pays to be patient.

The first place you went to had some beautiful things but the jewelry was not vintage things. The thrift store, the earrings for $45 were beautiful but not thrift priced. The thrift stores are pricing to high now. Enjoyed letting me shop with you.

When it comes to shipping fragile items you need to pack the box so the item floats in the middle so surrounded by thick packaging and not touching the bottom or the top. Never lost one. X eBay chick.
