Is the CE version limited on CPU or memory? I've done this and keep getting a prompt but it doesn't include the HTTP section above the login like yours did. 4th time installing from the ISO wondering if anything else is wrong. Glad I didn't pay for anything yet and everyone I've talked with said they had issues trying to get it working and suggest GNS3. I've heard eve-ng is nicer but if it fails to work that's not better. The OVF appears to be working as expected in the video. Also, it doesn't make sense is the CE edition really 2017 and version 2? They did a build of CE recently I noticed.

It depends on how many vCPUs you are trying to a lot to a machine

And then you try to login to the web interface and nothing happens. As if the [Sign In] button has no code behind it. And that's EXTREMELY common.
