  • We visited Lake Tahoe in March 2018. Since we are not skiers, we didn't head to the slopes, but instead explored the general area. We discovered beautiful beaches, snowy mountains, and some of the most scenic views that we have ever seen. From making s’mores at the Hyatt Regency to snowshoeing in the moonlight, we had an incredible weekend in Lake Tahoe.
    In this video, we share the highlights from our trip and some tips if you are planning a trip to the area.

    I am a frequent visitor to Lake Tahoe. Sand Harbor is also my favorite place with amazing sunsets. Swimming and paddle boarding in Emerald Bay is incredible- but need to go early for park8ng. You can rent kayaks and boards on the beach

    Lake Tahoe is Beautiful. I’ve been there twice mainly for the hiking trails and visited three of your reviewed locations. I totally agree with your reviews, the Hyatt is a must. Ive made a wish list for my next trip and Emerald bay is No1. I don’t know if I will be able to do the snowshoeing As we tend to go late summer/ Autumn but will certainly pass on your recommendation to friends and family.

    my wife and I went there in June. it's a very pretty place, but I would not travel half way across the country just to see it again. we did go to Yosemite park also, very beautiful.

      Yosemite is beautiful. I haven’t been in over 20 years, but we are planning to make the trip. We really want to do the Half Dome hike!
      We just went to Zion National Park a few weeks ago, and it was spectacular. If you haven’t been, it’s definitely worth checking out. We should have a video on it in a few weeks. 😎

    I would highly recommend Mr. Toad's Wild Ride mountain biking trail near south Lake Tahoe. Because it is challenging, it never gets too crowded. For the history buffs, check out the Tallac Historic Site - they do great tours of historic retreats of the 19th/20th century.

    Hi, is it okay to travel by Dec. 17-21?

    • @TripAstute
      @TripAstute  4 роки тому

      It's hard to say. It is a popular ski area, so I imagine it should be ok to travel there during that time. Though it depends on what you plan to do when visiting.

    Second largest freshwater lake in the US? Not by surface area or volume. Lake Tahoe is AWESOME and deep, but it is not very big. Maybe lakes wholly surrounded by US territory, which would exclude the WAY bigger great lakes.

    Every thing looks good but can you please put some price listing …… I would hate to go and get on a boat / or restaurant only to find its stupidly priced.... i'm going this summer with my wife so prices and maybe where to park our car would be helpful. thanks in advance.

    Wow will definitely visit thx.
    I was wondering if you can give me a tip a recently applied for the chase ink card the no annual fee one and got sent to the review stage so I called the reconsideration # and the person said they needed a ein# and fictitious name certificate I dont have none of them I resell stuf only like new or used items i find in Ross Burlington offer up or get it apps...
    How can a persuade chase or wat do i put in the nex time I apply for a business card thx in advance for your help and videos
    Saludos :)

    • @TripAstute
      @TripAstute  6 років тому +2

      Thanks! It sounds like you operate a sole proprietorship business (i.e., not a corporation). That being the case, most sole proprietorships do not require an EIN or fictitious name certificate. In fact, you should be able to use your SSN as your EIN in this case. For your business name, it's probably just your full name.
      Hope that's helpful. It sounds like Chase is getting a bit more stringent on their business credit card requirements!

    A. it's Ne-vă-da, not Nev-ah-da B. there are more ski resorts just around Lake Tahoe than in the entire state of Colorado C. the best view of the lake is to take the Heavenly tram to the top and get on the viewing deck, you can also see the lake as the tram rises. D. Emerald bay was formed by a glacier. E. if you really want a thrill...go to Carson Airport (you drive past it as you drive from Reno to S. Shore) and get a powered-kite tour of the lake (a once in a lifetime experience). F. Boat Cruise. M.S. Dixie II cruising on Lake Tahoe
