I think you give the GM to Louis Riddick like they should have done years back instead of Trent.

Gonna say this on every Jags coaching video till we hire him, it’s Joe Brady. He’s had my attention as a potential HC for a couple years now, thought he needed a little more valid experience at the time but after these last 2 years with Buffalo it’s all the validation I needed to see.

I don’t understand this obsession with getting an offensive head coach. The Bills, Commanders, Ravens, Texans and Steelers are all playoff teams and have a defensive minded coach. Just get a guy in there that would light a fire under these players especially Trevor.

Same! The jags need a leader not a OC guru as a HC

I was literally just thinking about this exact same point you’re making. I’ve been starting to come around to Saleh more and more as I’m thinking he’s the most likely candidate. The more I think about it, I imagine him as a great leader of men and someone that can come in and get this defense, who struggled under control. All he needs is to find the right offensive mind to go with him.

I think those teams have good offensive coordinators and the jags have Press Taylor. He wants an offensive head coach to ride out the entirety of Trevor Lawrence’s career for consistency and structure

Precisely, Brian Flores would make T-Law cry…all the way to a Super Bowl.

Are the fans of the other teams that missed out on glenn and Johnson blaming the organization, owner and gm? Or are they like, guess they just wanted the other job?

Can we as a whole please campaign for Louis Reddick to be the next GM? He showed interest in the job a few years ago and I think we could steal him from the commanders

    young guy
    young guy
    young guy !
have these ... YOUNG GUYS built a LEGACY ?
sure Bill Bilichik is an older guy .
But , ... I would think he would give the play calling to a younger
    offensive caller.
while here , bringing a winning culture .
and I think with KAHN , ... giving him everything he needs to be successful
Kahn would have his advisor he's looking for !
NO DOUBT in my mind Jacksonville would not be such a small market anymore .
something for Kahn to think about .

one thing , other than the good perks Jacksonvile offers
of being the head coach in Jacksonville is ....
    LEGACY !
if one was to be able to make JACKSONVILLE a sucsesful
franchise , ... he would be like lumbardi , bilichek ,
and other great coaches in the LEGACY of the NFL .
why does no one talk about this ?
so far the best coach we have had , has been Tom Caughlin .
if a coach was to bring the lumbardi trophy here ?...
    LEGACY !
the city would probably give him THE KEY !
that would be a great perk I would think .
And for the KAHN FAMILY .... ?

IF , .... coan was to change his mind ,
wouldn't that make good press for Jacksonville !
AND , ... it would look good for Shad .

No other team even asked to interview him for a head coach vacancy. I wouldn't worry about it.

Saleh won't be a head coach again because he was fired for political reasons (wearing a Lebanon flag pin). I believe Joe Brady would be a good coach for us because we are stuck with Gabe Davis and Brady may be able to get the most out of him. He has proven that he can make middling receivers look good, imagine what he could do with BTJ.

Why is everyone so obsessed with the Liam as a HC thing. I would much rather have Kliff who at least hasHC experience and a great play caller.

I think Doug was a good coach.
I wonder if Doug actually had the power to
call plays , and draft the players he wanted .
did Balkie keep Doug from calling plays ?
Did Balkie want Doug to keep Press taylor
as the offencive play caller ?
I would like to know that !
would Doug have sucsess if he was the one to draft
the players he wanted to fit his scheme ?
    just sayin .

another thing to think about .
TOM BRADY won many Super Bowls , ...
he helped pick his choice of players in the BUCS .
    winning their Super Bowl .
BRADY will have the power to build the
LOS VEGAS RAIDERS now since he's part owner .
they will be in the Super Bowl !
and , JACKSONVILLE will be get there too !
    WHY ?
NO BODY know's TOM BRADY ... like BILL BELICHCIK !

Even if he signed, it doesn’t matter, he can still take the HC of the Jaguars cause that wouldn’t break rules legally cause it’s considered a promotion of a different position. But could be a bigger paycheck than he’d make there at Tampa.

    So… I’ve been a fan since November 30, 1993. I’m TIRED…
I like our team owner… BUTTTTTTT
WHY WAIT until the BEST COACHES are GONE before you decide to get rid of Baalke?!!?!!
I would have been okay with KEEPING DOUG and FIRING Baalke!
OR maybe we could have gotten the guy we wanted if Baalke had been gone
