Think he's taking a page from Sean McVay himself. Sean hires these guys that we've never heard of and they turn out outstanding.
I wanted Graham. To have😢 an experienced DC would be a + for us, also would have helped with Coen being a 1st yr HC. I wanted Wilkes as well for DC but the jets just grabbed him. Just don’t like the idea of having a rookie HC and 1st time DC.

That's probably better for Graham's career path, to stick with Pete. I'd like Liam to find some guys that aren't new to being OC/DCs to lighten the load until he gets his feet under him.

i think it will be aubrey pleasant who filled in as HC for sean mcvay in preseason, still young, and has been with the rams consistently for the last few years, which could indicate sean mcvay really trusted him. Also wouldn't be opposed to daronte jones coming from that brian flores toughness mentality could benefit our defensive identity to be more rugged and nasty. these are my top two picks especially since they have experience in passing defense, when the strength of our team is already our d line with travon and josh @GenJag
