This is how your gravel tyres roll perfectly

We'll show you when your gravel tyres are rolling really well. You are fastest on asphalt with tyres with a low profile. On deep ground, you ride better with more tread. We show the difference on two tyres, the Maxxis Receptor with a low profile versus the #maxxis Ravager with a high profile.
Your preferences and the type of tour are decisive. Air pressure is also important. With too little air in the tyre, it deforms too much - you lose propulsion. Too much pressure? Not good either. If the tyre can no longer deform, your bike becomes a dop ball and you lose control and speed.
