My mother have Goyard since 40 years and she never ever had any issues.. actually is better than LV. It depend how you take care of your ítems. Hugs from France

Thanks!! I want all of Diors homeware. That would empty my wallet pretty quickly ha! Yes, I didn't think I would like this Hermes bracelet as much as I do. It does remind me of the Tiffany one which is why I didn't think I would go for it. But I ended up loving it. You should totally go try it on. Just be ready to swipe your card😆

The Halzan is so underrated! Yea, I was filming this video and thought it would be like 15 minutes. WRONG. Lol, I had to run out the door, was late for my lunch date lol

The macaroon key chain is so cute. LOVE the Dior teacup. I’m not a huge fan of Goyard BUT they do have a bag that I saw recently and I love it. Idk what the name of it is, it has a bamboo handle.
We are all suckers for cute things lol! I think it's call the Saigon bag. I did ask for that and the SA didn't even answer me. Another customer told me it's been sold out for months.
The name is SAÏGON and this bag is beautiful I have it. Is not sold out in store but you can’t ordered online
Apparently once you open an account in Paris- the two systems sync but you have to have a Paris account :). A youtuber said the same as you but after opening a Paris account- next day she bought something else and could see her USA history aswell on the system.

I’ve been wanting a halzan for 3yrs and it eludes me. Hahaha. I’ve gotten 3birkins, and yet no halzan. Consider yourself lucky!
GIRL, can we swap?? I wish I got offered a birkin or Kelly. Yes, my SA did say that Halzans are pretty rare since they make very many of them. Guess they aren't as popular that's why they don't make them? Not sure. Did you get offered in Paris too?
I also had to look at clearance racks growing up first. It’s ok, it gives us character 😂

Goyard sounded like a miserable experience. How rude to serve one (warm) cup of water and not offer to your friends. LV has always been my best in store experience. Love the decanter you got for your BF. Congratulations on your bag!! Looking forward to what fits and mod shots !

I lined up in Goyard, Paris last winter, under the drizzling rain for an hour 😂. They were nice enough to hand us umbrellas though. Fortunatelly my experience was better with the SA. He was so polite and friendly and he helped me got my Belvedere and my mother a Plumet. So sorry you had such a bad experience though. No customer should be treated that way especially if you're spending your hard earned money there.
That is nice that they provided umbrellas. They should really rethink their strategy, like have an awning or something. Oooh what colors did you get for you and your mom?? The only other experience as of recently I can think of was chanel in Chicago. Not nice..
@@Somehowadulting I got the Belvedere in black and a white Plumet for my mum. She also got a grey Artois. At least all the lining up under the rain didn't go to waste and we were extremely happy with our purchases 😄

It's like the stupid SA didn't want you to spend money.... I wish you would've emailed her boss to let them know these horrible people are costing the store money and losing them customers
I talked to my Hermes SA and he said that Goyard is rude to everyone even the locals..they don't discriminate being rude lol I honestly don't even remember her name.
I wish everyone would note the SA'S name and email the store to tell them about the horrible way you were treated.
