The problem of this tank is that to perform it’s always when your team is loosing and carrying them. It’s hard to do the same when you push because of the siege mode and no armor (big caliber and gold)
Probably surprising no one, but "noob kids" guy at the end has 40k battles and a 49% WR (feel free to look him up if you want to study his other stats, random commenter who doesn't believe in WR). I honestly expected worse, but he is dragged upwards by a combined 8k games in the Skorp G and SU 130. I always wonder if the people going off in chat are actually good, and they never are.
Hope noone gets the wrong idea about this tank from this video. The strv certainly does have its moments and then its strong, but my god are there a lot of situations where it feels absolutely useless. Many maps dont allow you to play to your strengths and it only really starts shining when your team is somewhat losing. If your team is winning or outright losing as is often the case you either get no damage cause your team kills everything and you dont get to use your firepower or your team loses to fast and you cant have the impact and stopping power you need to prevent it. These days 99% of the tanks youll meet have high enough caliber to overmatch you so your autobounce armor is as strong as skorpion armor, but with the caviat of not beeing able to aim, fire and retreat at will but always dealing with the siege mode. I would never recommend anyone buying this tank before they at least got a rental of it and got to actually test out for themselves if they can adept to the playstyle that it requires.

This is my primary money maker. When RNG comes in, the shots are going very low, even lower than the reticle. I do a lot of blind shots because I know how accurate is the gun. Play with loader, vents and camouflage. Cammo is already insane but with extra it becomes invisible. My crew is also on tier X strv, and is at 7 skills . With this winter bonuses, plus premium account plus reserves activated this month I did plenty over 120k profit games.
Believe me that this tank is just pile of kaku, its gameplay is super boring and usually games like that are once in a while. In current 15-2 meta u cant even follow up your team properly because of 2 seconds mechanic, you can only make profit from it if enemy is pushing. I traded this tank for Skorpion and i have 1000x times more fun that from this.
can't stand players like Recovere_WAR (calling others idiots while he was talking crap in the dead pool). average/below average players talking like they are unicums. go play dolls or checkers.

The tech tree tier 8 is a beast too, using the suspension to raise the gun slightly over ridges is great.
Man, I absolutely hated the t8, but love the t9 and S1 lol. I think i was trying to use the suspension too much and not just shooting.

Not to mention the current map pool is very unfavorable for unflexible tanks like this one. Bunch of corridors with little room for long range play.

I usually run binos, since most of the times the lights die and im alone against another light, the binos give it 500m view range.

the thing is already invisible and pin point accurate and has decent dpm and pen why the fuck would u also give it armor. we dont need more op prems.
